Very helpful and resolved my query quickly. I should add that I had previously emailed my query and not received an answer or acknowledgement, but the service today made up for it. Plus I didn't have to hang on in a long queue for my call to be answered.

Aisha Oaten was assigned to me, to help sort out my Buildings and contents insurance, and I must say that she was a breath of fresh air!
She had a firm grasp of what I wanted to achieve and did everything smoothly and expeditiously, such that I was able to conclude business with her promptly and without any glitches!

My buildings insurance was up for review, in particular, the assessment of the Rebuild Cost. Elliot Risely effectively took me through the RCA process, arranged for an assessment and, having rechecked, efficiently enabled me to renew the insurance.

The ladies (Felicity & Kathy) who dealt with my urgent requirements for insurance cover were incredibly helpful, patient, and kind. The task was not an easy one because of absent data, but they persevered until they had it completely resolved.

Even before it was resolved, I came off the phone feeling confident that they had it in hand, were taking it seriously, and would find a way forward.

As we say in the West of Scotland, 'Pure dead brilliant' ... i.e. absolutely wonderful!

I have found my dealings with Lloyd and Whyte very good. They do not seem faceless like a lot of insurance companies nowadays. They follow through on what they say they will do and so far I cannot fault the service provided.

Elliot is very knowledgeable and reassuring that he knows exactly what he is talking about. Very helpful and follows up on queries quickly. He made the renewal process so straightforward and efficient.

Any company will sell you a policy, but it’s the after sales service that sorts the men from the boys. Tania took my call, which was answered immediately, and dealt with a query raised by an agent. It was investigated and I got a call back with an answer within the hour. Highly recommended.
