After the debacle with my usual supplier I turned to Livefood UK. It's early days but from what I have seen so far I am delighted with their service and the quality of the product.

We are a family run business trading since 1989 first under the Name Chiltern Reptiles and then became an incorporated company in 2003 when we changed our name to Livefood UK Ltd. Excellent value, great quality and would definitely recommend
I found this website online because I was fed up of going to the local reptile shop to find it closed or they wouldn't have what I needed.
The crickets were cheaper here and they came very quickly and all alive unlike the reptile shop. The background and bamboo are great and my chameleon loves them.

Excellent Service
I have been a customer of Livefood for 8 years & have always found them to be a reliable company. Their website is easy to navigate with a great range of products at reasonable prices. I mostly order live insects & these almost always arrive the day after ordering, despite me living in NE Scotland. Any questions or problems I may have are dealt with promptly. Highly recommended.

Quality Live Food
I have been using Livefood UK Ltd for a couple months now for my
daughters two bearded dragons.
We have been getting the Brown Crickets.
They always come the next day and all alive.
I buy the bulk which is around 800-1000 crickets and
they last well.
If you need live food i would use these guys.

Amazing
We get our bugs on time and they are how we hope but the locusts are getting smart so we have to be creative and find a new way to get them into my lizards viv! But they are as ordered, we just need the dumber locusts!!

Great service, excellent quality, fast delivery.
I've been using Livefoods UK for 7 years and have been very impressed with their efficiency, good service, fast delivery, easy to use website, and great quality products. In over 55 orders over the years everything has always arrived in good time and the livefoods were invariably alive and kicking and in great condition. Delivery took forever
Next day delivery was paid for and order didn't turn up for over a week.
This is not the first time this has happened but it will be the last as we will be changing suppliers.

We are very sorry to hear that, one of the items on the order was marked as "low stock" at the time your order was placed, with a message that explained that it may cause a delay in your order being despatched if you continued with that item in your basket. We also sent you an email to explain that we were waiting for that item to arrive.
We were expecting new stocks of that item to arrive the next day which would have been a Wednesday but unfortunately the new stocks did not arrive until late on Thursday so we missed the deadline for our curiers to collect on Thursday. We would have sent the Order Friday but as you are not open on a Saturday to accept delivery we had to leave this until the following Monday to despatch.
Very fast delivery and well packed.
Box arrived next day not just a bag. Crickets right size and type and alive which is not a given with other suppliers. A free locust was included which my chameleon enjoyed as a treat lol.

Excellent!
Everything went smooth and easy, 4 days after i ordered my package it arrived at my house in Denmark, with only very few insect casualties, even though it took 4 days and was sent from 1 country to another,
The one thing that did bother mé though was the Price of the delivery, Way too expensive, it cost mé £13 in delivery for an ordet that weighs 1,2kg and cost £22, that means delivery cost mé Half of my total for the insects,
But if you're from THE UK deffo 5/5 Stars.
