The support I received was helpful, kind, and quickly solved my concern. My order did not arrive on schedule and a quick conversation remedied the situation. I greatly appreciated Joy’s kindness and quick approach to solving the issue.

I had a slight issue with my order which was totally my mistake and instead of just saying they couldn't help, they offered me a full credit for my order. Always extremely friendly and helpful service!

My son absolutely loves little spoon, especially the plates, yogos, and smoothies! There is such a good variety and everything feels nutritious. Their customer service team reached out via email to follow up on the chat I had to abandon when my baby needed me. They figured out what I needed and took care of it, and I was thrilled I didn’t have to go back and restart the conversation. So helpful!

I reached out via the chat line when I received notice our order was delivered but it was not at our address. Not only did John M follow up via email when the chat timed out, but he worked with me across multiple emails trying to locate the delivery. When we determined it was delivered to the wrong address, he then also offered multiple resolutions to make it right for us. Great customer service!

I made a mistake by neglecting to update my delivery order and was sent the automatic meals which included dairy (my child has a severe dairy allergy). Joy was helpful in refunding me for the cost and providing me with a list of meals with no dairy. I appreciate the kind gesture and will be donating the extra meals to another Mom in my local Mom group.

Chona M was amazing, understanding and courteous. She was extremely easy to work with she very responsive. I initially received a shipment where the box was open due to the packager using only one strip of tape to try and close the box for shipment. You know how shipment goes, the drivers toss and throw these boxes everywhere. There was no way that single strip could hold the lid. Of course the box popped open and who knows for how long that the box was open and the cold air was leaking out. After this shipment I was thinking of not going with little spoon going forward. However, Chona M's assistance, I'm definitely going to be ordering again in the future. Take care of Chona, Little Spoon!

Little Spoon has truly been a game-changer for our family. My son, has autism and very limited food preferences. Their meals have become such an important part of his routine and make mealtime so much easier and less stressful for all of us.

The quality and variety are amazing, and I love knowing he’s getting real, nutritious food without preservatives or fillers. The convenience is unmatched - everything arrives fresh and ready to go, which is such a blessing on busy or tough days.

I also have to mention their customer service - they went above and beyond. That kindness meant so much and really shows how much they care about the families they serve.

I can’t recommend Little Spoon enough, especially for families with sensory or feeding challenges. It’s been a total lifesaver in our home! 💚

I love Little Spoon, as does my 3 year old twins! We’ve been using Little Spoon since they started solids and has been a favorite for years. We love the connivence and knowing my boys are getting all their nutrients with no stress. It has especially made mornings easy now that we’ve started nursery school. I have to enough to stress about, what to make for breakfast isn’t one of them.
