I wish I could do no stars, one is generous!

Used Little Nation in the past, and didn’t think twice about ordering again with them but this is a Absolute scam of a company - I ordered a tramp, the order completed email came through the same day, I followed up for a tracking number, never hear back. Emailed again… no response, used the online help on their website… no response… got a phone number from their Afterpay and what do you know they don’t answer! How can a company not answer emails or supply a phone number - does anyone work here?
After a week of Chasing to see where it is with no response, you finally supply a tracking number with OnSend, who I call and they are lovely - said the order was cancelled their side the same day it was received so they never picked it up… I then follow you up again and you now send a computer generated cancelled order email…so I reply to that and you say onsend damaged the trampoline - lies Liam they never even picked it up! You have ruined my daughter’s birthday and lost a repeat customer.

Faulty product delivered before Xmas. Contacted across a few channels (email, Insta etc.) but no reply from LittleNation since then, with no phone number to call. Feel scammed.

Spent almost £200. 48 hour delivery. Waited 2 weeks and no sign of Autistic child's crash pad or Tatami rug. I left multiple help tickets, emailed and tried to use the online chat. No response. Checked trustpilot and I see similar experiences recently so I contact my bank for a charge back. Suddenly, within 4 hours of charge back being initiated Little Nation e-mails me. Strange coincidence that. This begins the great Gaslighting attempt where they claim my payment hasn't cleared so they haven't sent anything etc...but no explanation why they didn't contact me about this. They ask for proof of my bank transaction etc. I can see the money is gone from my account, my bank confirms by phone the money has made it to Little Nation and advise I don't give them any screenshots of my account as this is highly suspect. Little Nation then claim they have canceled my order and refunded my money. They haven't. My bank confirms they haven't refunded the money and advises me to continue with charge back as this is a common delaying tactic of fraudulent companies hoping to run down the clock on the 120 days charge back deadline or to trick customers into cancelling charge back. I continue with my charge back and after two months finally got my money back today thanks to my bank's charge back. A shambolic company with highly suspect business practices.

Ordered a desk and chair for my son 14/12/2024 with £3.95 48 hour delivery from Littlenation.co.uk, the date is now 09/01/2025 and I still have not received this order. I have emailed little nation twice and have not heard back. On top of this there is no phone number to use in order to speak to an actual human. 0 communication from anyone and no product. Currently it just feels as if I have had £73.90 stolen from me.

I ordered bike for my 2,5 year son.
After opening the box and trying put all together what comes up, item is faulty, on one side is not possible fit tyre.
I tried sending 6 emails all I got back is they on holiday or email was suspended.
I'm disappointed about whole situation. It should be present for my son as chri gift.
I don't want cover postage cost because it is not my fault.
Good word about that product looks good and solid.

Avoid at all costs - Take your money and deliver nothing.

I ordered on the 15th of December a play couch for my son's Christmas gift on a 48 hour delivery.

I completely understand that at this time of year there can be delays, so I waited until 20th to start chasing this and request tracking.

I emailed daily after that receiving no reply until 23rd of December (either they have a mountain of complaints to get through or don't work weekends as a toy supplier at Christmas!?).

They sent me a tracking link that showed that it hadn't been sent to DPD at all - but suggested it was lost by DPD. Clearly based on all of the reviews on here they either sold things they didn't have in stock or the 3PL let them down and then are blaming DPD.

I was told it would take 5-7 working days after the case was opened to hear back about where the product is - meaning in theory I will get an update on 6th of Jan, although I wont hold my breath.

At the moment I have a child who still doesn't have their Christmas gift, they have my money and no further information from them.

Poor customer service, poor communication, poor logistics. Stick with kiddy moon and don't waste time and money with this company.

Ordered a crash mat for my autistic son for his main Christmas present on 11 Dec. Paid for 48 hour delivery…it’s 29 Dec. Still not received. Absolutely gutted I couldn’t give him his present. Emailed to check when it would be delivered, a week after expected delivery. Received a response saying they would check with the warehouse and come back to me ASAP. Never hear anything after that. Emailed since and nothing. Going to report to my bank for refund. Wish I had googled for reviews before ordering.

It’s 1 day until Christmas and my twins are about to be without presents…
What’s going on?
I ordered 2 balance bikes nearly 3 weeks ago.
Tried to contact customer service but was met with such unenthusiastic responses and no attempt to help resolve the issue.

I’ve seen so many mixed reviews regarding this site and i’m not sure if it’s the different vendor - ie Little Nation Australia vs Little Nation NZ??
But I’ve had nothing but the best experience from the ordering of our 10ft tramp vs the courier that delivered it. Ordered on Wednesday last week and product was delivered on Monday morning before 10am 😊 Literally took three days! Tramp is amazing quality and was super easy to assemble! Nothing but high praises from me!

Ordered and paid for a ninja slack line for kids Christmas gift on November 26 and it hasn't arrived a day before Christmas. No only that, no one from customer service has replied to my emails with any information in over a week. Two weeks ago they sent a NZ Post tracking link... it says the order was delivered but to, but to a different address in a different city. No phone number to call. Absolutely useless. Will never purchase from Little Nation again.

Seriously bad customer service it just doesn’t exist. Still have not received my order looks like my grandson won’t be getting his gift for Xmas just have to hope it arrives sometime but who knows. One thing is for sure I won’t be buying anything from Little Nation again and I highly recommend you stay far away from this company they are not to be trusted.

Ordered a bike helmet on 11th December, website states 48 hour delivery. 1 week has passed and no item has been dispatched. Customer services are useless and there's no phone number to call.

Obviously it's for Christmas so I've had to shell out and buy an alternate from another company. PayPal dispute has been raised for refund. Beware potential buyers, this company seems to be a scam.

Update for readers 23rd Dec, I've had a tracking number for delivery but still no delivery and no communication back from my numerous emails.

Ordered a play couch on December 2nd, they’ve taken my money and processed my order but nothing has been sent as of December 17th.
They don’t respond to emails, social media messages or their own help tickets.
I’ve reported the company and my bank is processing a chargeback. Complete scammers, spend more elsewhere and save yourself a lot of stress, the lower prices aren’t worth the hassle.

Update: I have opened a cashback claim with my bank so the company has finally come out of the woodwork. They asked if I need to return a faulty product, and if I’m now happy to please cancel the dispute or I may face further charges. So they’ve not read any email or request because clearly they haven’t realised my item was never shipped (they could just have checked their own tracking number to realise this), and they’re now low key threatening me with charges…? I’ll let my bank deal with this and once this is over I will open a complaint with companies house because this is just appalling.

Ordered two mini lounger chairs for my twins birthdays. They are useless. The so called expandable foam inserts did not expand. Two disappointed children. Zero response from customer service. Wish I’d read the reviews here first.

Worst company in the world, please do not buy anything from them. I have reported this company to consumer standards as they do not respond to you. They take your money and in return they do not supply the goods you have purchased. Tried multiple times to get in touch with customer service and you get now replies.

Sent item back & still not had a refund, claimed it would be within 3-5 days, it’s been 10 & nothing. And now theres no answer to the complaint regarding this

I paid for bike they send me order confirmation. After couple of days not hearing from them I send e mail . They said the transaction is pending ? And they want proof? I rung my bank and money was taken !. I'm taking this to my bank and they will deal with this trying to get my money back. I'm gonna a have to cancel my card and it caused me a lot of stress .

Ordered a couch on the 1st of December. Have not received it and can not get intouch with anyone from little nation

I bought a balance bike for my son for Christmas but I have heard nothing since and no replies to my emails. They have taken my money.
