Initially frustrated and now annoyed
I ordered 3 items. One item gave a 2-3 week dispatch time and 2 items gave a 3-4 week dispatch time. It is now 6.5 weeks and no dispatch. I have emailed and messaged via messenger on numerous occasions for over a week now and the only message I have received is one stating that under data protection they can't discuss my order without my name, address, email address, phone number and irder number. I had already supplied this on my second email to them. I emailed the details again. 3 working days later after confirming those details and still no reply. Things happen and get delayed but not being informed and my messages not being responded to is so frustrating. I have spent over £100, ordered in plenty of time for the date these were needed for and now no items and am being ignored. I dont understand that. If I get a response and receive the goods, I will update my review.
Update 13/10/25. Had a lovely email apologising for not getting back to me, giving me loads of reasons why the goods had not been sent and assuring me the goods would be dispatched the next day. That would have been the 9th October. Was really pleased and thought the problem had been resolved. It is now the 13th October and my order has still not been dispatched. I guess they were just paying me lip service. Still £100 down and no goods. Again, I will update if and when I receive my order.
You don't get your order
I ordered on 21st April with a 7-10 dispatch guide. It is now 22nd May and still no goods. I emailed on 7th May and was told it will be with you soon!? I followed up my email to stress it was a birthday gift for my daughter, but got no reply to that email. Absolute rubbish!

ordered on the 22nd January, understanding that the items said they would take up to 10 days to dispatch.
emailed on the 16th feb due to no dispatch email or any contact at all
some items randomly showed up on the 18th feb, still no dispatch email and one item was missing
they responded on the 20th feb and where we had a short email exchange where I was told the missing item will arrive shortly or I will receive a refund
I emailed again on the 13th March asking for an update whether I would receive the item or a refund, no response
I emailed again on the 25th march asking for a refund because I am not waiting any longer
They respond on the 4th April to ask which item was missing (surely they should know??)
On the 8th April they say the refund has been flagged
On the 26th of April I email again as still no refund, to this day, the 4th of May I have not had a response or a refund
Please avoid this unprofessional company who just want to steal your money
UPDATE: 8th may I finally have had a notification from PayPal to say there's a refund on the way, however the description says the refund is because there is still no date for them to receive the item, not because I asked for a refund ages ago, slightly worrying that they're not communicating with each other within the business

I dont like to give bad reviews
I Ordered an item on 4th January and was fine with the 7-10 days dispatch. 28 working days later and still no item, they are slow at replying to emails. I asked for a refund they replied around a week later saying my I will get a refund. Weeks later no refund... the item arrives! So now im stuck with the item. Had to many problems sending back orders so not going near that. Dont agree to a refund if you arnt gonna give it! Only took over 2 months to get the item.
Appalling customer service
I had the displeasure of dealing with this company.
I got an email for items dispatched 22nd March with zero tracking information available even though I spent approximately €15 for delivery to Ireland.
On 31st March emailed as I never received my order, 13th April I got a response and was told issue accessing tracking and to bare with her, I emailed again on the 18th and zero reply since then so I had to get on to PayPal to claim a refund.
Facebook messenger messages were also sent, read with no response back.
Highly unprofessional customer service.
Great store with great products
Great store with great products and excellent customer service. The effort the ladies go to in producing high quality products shows in every item they send out. The subscription boxes never fail to amaze. The products in them are unique and of exceptional quality and the whole box is always worth well over the subscription cost. Overall a lovely genuine efficiently run company.

Little Booteek
Little Booteek. Absolutely love this Booteek. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Being a plus size figure it’s hard to find clothes that are actually comfortable. I don’t feel ashamed in any sort asking any questions in shape and size wise of clothing. They’re always kind enough to leave a little free gift in your parcel to show their appreciation of supporting their company. As well as always happy to assist if any trouble with your order etc. Can highly recommend.

Amazing service. Love there clothes and plus sizing especially. I've had a small issue which got sorted ASAP. Even got a little discount. Lovely group also. Where real woman wear the clothes. All shapes and sizes . I like the fact you can pay up for things . Which can be out off budget . Like shoes , clothes and larger items. Definitely recommend and definitely use again .

A company after my own dark heart
A company with all my favourite dark and fun things for the goth , emo or movie and series fan I love this company since my daughter got me onto them . I have had a few hoodies and rock t shirts from them and never had any problems in text when I wear their clothes I get many ppl asking where I've got them from and I always give them the website as they are totally worth it . Only downside is when they have their special deals I'm broke at the time ha!
