Great Customer service.
Hopefully i'll never have to test the angle grind proof lock, but feel secure i have it... the reason for this review is the excellent customer service, fedex delivered to the wrong address, Litelok were incredibly helpful in tracking down the package

Excellent lock but would be even better if it was wider and went over the tyre rather than just through the spokes as on my triumph speedmaster. Thieves can cut the spokes very easily and remove the X3. Can't put it through the discs because the holes in them aren't big enough.
Excellent company though, would definitely buy from them again.

What a solid bit of kit, I feel a lot happier leaving my bike in the city now.
It’s fabulous quality and is has the ability to have your second lock fitted with the same lock so one key fits all.

The delivery was delayed by two days due to being sold out but worth waiting for once received what a great piece of equipment. The X3 is a superb bit of kit, looks the part and does the job of securing my bike when I’m not using it. It’s like having your own personal Terminator. Quality.

Bought a couple of anti grind locks from Litelok - Good Quality locks.
I have one of each, going on a road trip, I will feel a lot happier leaving my bike knowing it is securely locked up, nothing is 100% but these are definitely going to help. Alarm & tracker will do the rest if the bad boys are persistent. With a bit of luck the liteloks will be enough of a deterent. "

This is perfectly sized to fit around the front wheel rim. Hopefully this will deter the theiving types and save my bike. The videos are all good so fingers crossed. "

Well, my daughter was at home for a visit and decided to leave her bike on campus. Her roommate stated that it looked like her lock was damaged. When she arrived on campus, campus security informed her that they tried to remove all bikes off of campus for the summer. Her friend stated that they removed everyone’s bike using an angler. Her lock withstood the effects of the angler and thus remained in the same location where she left it. Yay. We were over the moon when we saw the lock. Incredible quality❤️💯

Purchased a litelok x3 and did feel very safe locking my bike up wherever and whenever. However I unfortunately suffered a motorcycle theft the day before and seen that the lock was completely sliced through and left. At first I know the lock isn’t anti - grinder proof and will only slow down thieves, however I have received footage of the incident and it only took them about 2-3 minutes to make 2 very clean cuts of the lock and cut an easy block that I had on the back. Although I am fully aware that if bike thieves want a bike they will take it and the x3 would only slow them down, I’m disappointed that I spent £280 on a lock that only lasted about 2-3 minutes in a real life grinder attack compared to the tested evidence that have been on display. Not only have I lost my bike but also the cost of the lock. Just disappointed about the time it took to resists the attack and for the price maybe should have considered purchasing a hiplok dx1000 instead.

To say this lock is heavy duty would be a massive understatement. If world war three started now , the only things to survive would be liteloks and cockroaches.

Absolutely Top Notch security equipment, best you could buy for your bike

Having previously bought a lock from LiteLok, I thought I'd buy a second lock for another bike with the key match option, which on the website said there was a 5-6 week lead time. Though in reality it took 6 months before I received it, LiteLok didn't reach out to me to notify me of any issues, leaving it to me to contact them. They made no offer of any compensation for the lengthy delays, and in fact told me I was lucky to have ordered it when I did and not have cancelled my order like some people had as they'd put their prices up by quite a bit in the meantime.

Then as 6months had passed they told me that they didn't actually know where my product was and if I didn't receive it by the end of the week they would cancel my order and I would have to place a new order at the higher price if I decided I still wanted the product. Right up to the last interaction the customer services representative treated me with contempt, ignore the questions and issues I'd raised with them.

I'd recommend you look to purchase one of the similar locks from their competitors and avoid the prospect of having to deal with LiteLok.

I use this lock for my Honda in garage but then I go out I link it with two x3 litelok never felt my bikes were safe but do now Great product great customer service 100% fantastic experience with this company "

The Litelok is a well made bit of kit and I’m sure is a visual deterrent to would be thieves. Hopefully never have to test the theory but it is reassuring to have it on when leaving the bike in public places and unattended at home. Comes in a good quality carry sleeve for storage when out and about, probably going for an XL version for the back

This lock is excellent, after doing endless searches looking for something to protect my motorbike I settled on the litelok x3 moto. After having my motorbike pinched at a younger age it put me off having another motorbike but as I got older I wanted to get into motorbiking again and this lock gives me peace of mind that my motorbike is safe. The litelok x3 moto is an excellent bit of kit and goes everywhere with me. The company is excellent as I needed my lock as I was going on holiday with my motorbike they sorted delivery in quick time. I wouldnt be without this lock at all. Excellent all round.
