The company was fair, prompt and transparent. The sales assistants are friendly and knowledgeable, especially Rosie. Jewellers can be snobby and intimidating with a superior attitude. However, Lister Horsfall is welcoming and relaxed.

Second purchase from this company, great staff and very easy to deal with

After being humiliated lied to &gaslit by a selection of Manchester new luxury shops [watches of switzerland group in particularI] &deciding I wasn't stupid enough to spend money with these people, I ended up in a rather unsavoury back street drinking hole Here I met one eyed Sal the black pudding makers daughter. For a prce she offered to drop her barbed wire combinations or sell me a treasure map.
A few days later recovering from a serious sasparella hangover I looked at the map & thought what the hell. When all necessary preparations had been made I embarked on my great adventure.First challenge was the precarious mountain pass {M62] then I had to navigate the hostile & barbaric wilderness of west Yorkshire loctating my goal a gate on cheapside halifax. I punched in a code on my communication device & the gatekeeper magically opened the gate. As i parked my trusty steed I was greeted by Silas well mannered without being cloying who invited me in. Sat me down with a brew unfortunately yorkshire [his only failing grace] I said that I wasn't quite ready to buy but would be in couple of months He knowledgably went through the options without a hint of condescension & a genuine interest in me making the best choice for me.
Was so impressed the next time I was passing with my wife we called in to show her my choice.When I considered she was losing interest I gave Silas a pre arranged nod & he pulled a tag heur out of his pocket. he took it away to size it my wife said it was fine he took it two more times until he was satisfied Where else can you get this level of attention to detail &care. The journey home was carefree & nowhere near as arduous as the previous one.I will make the epic safari again in a few weeks time to buy my new rolex but although Ifound everyone there pleasant I will not risk the pleasure of a high value purchase with anyone else but Silas.

We are existing customers and really enjoy the full experience when purchasing from Lister Horsfall. From the onset of walking into the store, the staff treat you with smiles and a sense of happiness which unfortunately is lacking somewhat in other establishments.
The member of staff that took care of us was Junaed and he was very knowledgeable and professional throughout and we are very happy with the purchase.

Amazing service at the Ilkley store. Popped in today to have my jewellery and watches cleaned. Also had a link added to my Rolex and it’s perfect now. Great selection and helpful staff. Love shopping there.
