I would not recommend this company

This company can start by telling their customers the truth about who they are. It's only by doing this that people like me and many others will not be sucked in by the lies they tell in all their advertising. It doesn't matter what you order you will get something else from China at a grossly exaggerated price which has been rebranded??

Don't order a takeaway it will take at least 4 weeks to be delivered.

As a neuropathy sufferer, I was very taken by the advertising for Neurolux pain relief cream. Foolishly I ordered the 5 pack offer, I should have consulted Trustpilot first, as I didn't receive what I'd ordered. Instead of Neurolux I received something called Capsacare, made in China, no ingredients listed, a complete scam. A lesson has been learnt and I won't be buying off fb ever again. Sadly I've not seen a genuine review for Neurolux so don't know if this works or not. I will attempt to contact Liodall and request my money back but won't hold my breath.

Obviously a scam, did not supply what was advertised and ordered.

Another person scammed by a totally different product that didn’t work. I’ll never buy from fb again.

WARNING it’s a massive scam - ordered NeuroLux cream but was sent CaspaCare cream - complained and was given the rebranding story - reported to Trading Standards

With such glowing reports from Dragons Den I ordered the product Bellavren. However the product that was received was called OUHOE and came from China. It doesn’t work. I complained to the company that was advertising it (and still advertising under the name Bellavren) who told me that their product was in the course of being rebranded, hence the change of name and that it was their intention that the product was be the same product that was presented as Bellavren, which presumable was the product presented to Dragons Den. Don’t waste your money.

This company is a SCAM don`t buy anything from them and i mean anything. I have reported them to facebook,my Bank and the police.

Total scam. Rebrand Chinese products arrived.
Do not use this company for anything.

Received completely different to advertisement they are a sca m company that should be taken down...

Was assured not Chinese, with you very soon. The company is Hong Kong based and Emily Parker is their representative. She has lied through the order process, untouchable. Liodall do not touch, scam artists, ripping people off.

Sent a child's cheap plastic toy instead of £29 face cream. Said they were going to rectify it but nothing was done.

Wish I had seen the reviews first. Ordered Bellavren but the product received is called ouhoe. Clearly a substitute if the real thing. I await their response as asked for a refund and return postage of wrong product back to them

I presumed I was buying a product recommended by Dragons Den and Boots to help with nerve damage on foot. It said it was a GB made product….completely false and it is a scam and Facebook should ban the ads!

It’s a complete scam nothing is true sent me rubbish took my money l am now suing them disgustingnstill advertising it’s not even same name .

Advertising Neurolux cream on Facebook with all the spiel that it basically cures neuropathy, well here's their website disclaimer.

They are scamming people. They do not deliver what they are advertising. They deliver cheap alternative that bears no resemblance to what they advertise.

Liodall is a big con. The advertised products are substituted with Chinese products that are uncertified in this country and possibly unsafe. These criminals should be shut down immediately.

Item faulty refund prompt.

If possible, I would give this company, LIODALL zero!! Through their website, they profess to be selling Bellavren. They state;
‘Bellavren™ Roller Essence is a compact skincare roll-on designed for topical facial application. It comes in a slim bottle with a built-in roller head for controlled, targeted use.

The product is presented in a single ready-to-use bottle suitable for everyday skincare routines.’

They have now removed their previous claims that this a Dragon’s Den Product….it definitely is not!!

The item advertised is NOT the item people who order will receive. They will receive an item from a Chinese company- Ouhoe.

I believe that the company are consistently NOT providing the items they advertise. That undoubtedly constitutes fraud - especially when the item supplied is a low priced knockoff product!

Professional dermatologist reviews, specifically analyzing OUHOE ingredients are limited however, they state OUHOE is frequently associated with dropshipping, low-cost "knockoff" skincare.

In an effort to give the company the benefit of the doubt - I opened one package of the item supplied and tried it for one night. The burning sensation woke me from my sleep and it felt as if my cheeks were on fire. I quickly cleansed my skin and rinsed with cold water. Obviously, whatever ingredients were in the product, certainly did not agree with my skin and, as professional dermatologists state, Ouhoe IS associated with ‘knockoff products’.

They obviously are not Bellavren products but a much cheaper alternative. The company selling this product claim that Ouhoe is a modern, repackaged version of Bellavren - something the professional dermatologists dispute.

I still have six bottles of Ouhoe sent in place of Bellavren that I ordered and, purchased as part of a supposed deal of 7 bottles!!) Despite me requesting a refund (obviously I would return the six bottles of Ouhoe)……I have received the following (part of the email) from LIODALL.

‘Firstly, I want to sincerely reassure you that we do not sell counterfeit products, and we are not misleading customers with the intention you’ve described. Liodall is a UK-based company, and all products we supply go through supplier verification and quality checks before dispatch.

Regarding your order, I would like to clarify an important point to avoid any misunderstanding:

The OUHOE product you received is part of the same product line that has been rebranded under Bellavren. During supply and fulfilment cycles, the same formulation can appear under different packaging/branding depending on the production batch and manufacturer labelling. This is why you may have received packaging under the OUHOE name rather than Bellavren.’

There is no mention of the product being made in China - when the order arrived, that the first thing I noticed - quickly followed by the name of the items not being as ordered.

PLEASE, PLEASE do not purchase do not purchase anything from this company as you will receive overpriced knockoff products in place of the quality items you thought you were buying.
