Overall quality of service from initial order to receipt of product was quite good. The only thing I was not pleased with was the tracking of the package was not
always up to date.

Honestly 10/10. I live in Africa, ordered on Sunday, got the package on Friday. Quality control is superb, package packed securely. Would definitely order from Linsoul again!

An unreliable and deceitful company Linsoul is. They send a complete different product than I ordered. Again. This time I am very very sure it wasn’t my fault. Their response: According to our company policy, you cannot exchange it or get a refund. And that is a lie! The product is unused, unopend and sealed. So I lost 55 euros and have a useless product at home…
As the others here on this site also report: beware of this company. They are interested in your money, and don’t care about you at all. This is there way of doing business: our fault is not our problem!

Last but not least: according to european law they can be prosecuted for this because of disregard for the applicable rules... Is there a lawyer who can handle this?

Having bought and returned a Linsoul in ear monitor lead to Amazon as I was shipped one with the wrong connector type I decided to try the company directly via their own web site. There was far more choice available directly from them and I ended up changing my mind about the cable I wanted and upgrading to an $89 ( yes 89 USD which seemed a bit crazy to me) MMCX 2.5mm balanced cable. It arrived in the UK and I paired it with my Westone UM40 Pro buds and my Astell & Kern SP1000M. Wow !!! I cannot stress enough the difference the cable has made to my listening experience. I used to regularly listen at a 120-130 volume level (out of a 0-150 range) and have dropped that to 100-110 at most. The sound is amazingly clear and defined. They also clip in and connect perfectly which prior leads I've owned haven't and I've had no glitches. It is incredible. In terms of service the email comms are good and I have only dropped this review to 4 stars from what would have been a 5 star review as I feel the delivery, especially the dispatch phase, was a little slow.

Ordered a digital audio player (Hiby R3 Pro Saber) when it was on offer. Customer service replied immediately when I wanted to change colour. Although it took a few days before they shipped it, everything went fine. The player arrived in Germany without any problems just a few days later (with DHL Express).
Also placed an order some weeks ago for some headphones but cancelled it again. Here also customer service was quick and refunded the amount immediately.
Can definitely recommend Linsoul for getting quality audio gear for a good price.

Ordered Tape IEMs a year ago. They arrived and were of good quality. I have not attempted to use their costumer services.

Ordered a pair of blon bl-03 reduced to $26 an amazing bargain delivery to the Uk took less than a week with great customer support instantly answered via email. Highly recommended for any Uk customers to save money vs Amazon

I bought 2 pairs of blon earphones the mini and the bl03 the mini is just about acceptable where sound is concerned but only on a few tracks which I choose as there not good ..the bl 03 are dreadful. No bass at all I had to virtually ram them in ear to get half a descent sound but pain was to much .I am not a novice to iem's I play guitar and used them many years I have 9 pairs some cheap some expensive the cheapest £15 and these are so much better than the blon they need to tell the truth on the sales or stop selling inadequate produce which don't match there marketing absolute rubbish I even spent on more eartips and upgrade on cable but still useless sound ..very tinny. There obviously different batches where some are OK and others ( like mine ) are dreadful. Don't buy unless you try on first .crap !!!

Awful customer service. You will be lied to, messed around & probably never even get the replacement. The company does not take problems seriously, or offer any compensation for mistakes. Avoid.

Bought earphones direct from their webshop. Took about a month to arrive. One earbud dead on arrival.
I'm expected now to pay to ship them back for a refund.
