Absolutely Disastrous Experience – Avoid at All Costs
We used Linex Solution UK for our shipments to the UK, and it was nothing short of a nightmare. Over 50 shipments were lost, and they refused to take any responsibility. Most of the time, they couldn’t even explain what happened—just the same lazy excuses like “missed scan,” “under investigation,” or “please provide labels and descriptions.” The irony? They already have all of that in their system.
Their misdelivery and return rate is horrendous. At least 25% of our parcels were returned from the receiver's doorstep, forcing us to pay for redelivery and adding another week of delay. All this while we had a next-day delivery contract.
Even worse, they have delivered multiple packages to the wrong address—we had 21 packages dropped at just 2 or 3 doors, and they failed to retrieve and redeliver them.
After 6 months of suffering, we had no choice but to cut ties. If we had continued any longer, we might’ve had to shut our business down.
Unprofessional, irresponsible, and completely unreliable. BEWARE.
