This is a total scam!! People order something nice on the site . They send you something completely different. Very difficult to contact. Then they say they exchange or give you a refund if you ship it back . Here’s the problem, to ship back is about $150 😳!!! .
You lose!!!! I hope the factory burns to the ground ( no one inside of course)!!!!!

All was good until.i received a crumpled item not folded.
The item is too small and I have emailed requesting a retur. But I've had.no reply

I liked the product but I haven’t received yet.

I made my purchase almost 3 weeks ago and I still haven't received an email with the shipping details. I don't know when it will arrive or if it has already been sent. I've only been flooded with marketing emails, but nothing related to my purchase.

I ordered an XL White Linen Jumpsuit (Order #00033897) and the item I received did not match the size guide or the pictures on the website. The real measurements were much smaller than advertised, and the design was different (visible buttons, no belt, shorter sleeves and collar).
I contacted the company with photo proof, but they never replied. PayPal confirmed the seller would only refund if I returned the item to China — impossible after I had to pay for urgent alterations because the garment was unusable as delivered.
In the end, I spent extra money on a product that was falsely advertised and received no support. Be careful — once they have your payment, you’re on your own

J'ai reçu un pyjama à la place d'un complet. Mauvaise qualité, non conforme à la description et encore moins aux photos. Le service à la clientèle est épouvantable, il me demande de payer 97$ pour un remboursement de 127$. La pire arnaque que je n'ai jamais vu.

One of the worst sellers ever. If there’s such a thing as “the best scammers” award, I’ll award it to this lot. None of their clothes look anything like the way they portray them in their website. They do not ship the whole purchase and the few that they actually manage to ship are extremely cheap looking and of tremendous poor quality. All their clothes are overpriced, on the other hand, you can get really cheap items with great quality on other websites such as Shein. I made the mistake of not reading reviews prior to purchasing from them for over €250. Such a disappointment and a disastrous experience. Never ever getting anything from these scammers. I wish I could actually report them to the police.

Scam, more than 2 weeks I bought it and it was not even shipped yet, I try t contact them and there is no response from them. please, do not buy anything from them. I am sure it is scam.

I have contacted you as to my disappointment in the quality of the product & also as to how I get a refund as I believe you have falsely advertised the item as a loosely fitting item. The product I received does not resemble the item that was advertised in the slightest. The fit, the look and the quality does not match the price I've paid. I would like a resolution to this as I bought this item for my birthday celebration and I cannot use this item. Your consideration and quick responses as well as resolution would be greatly appreciated.

I ordered a beige linen jumpsuit in size S. After 6 weeks, I received a completely different item: black, size XL, wrong style – shipped in a cheap plastic bag directly from China. I contacted the company multiple times, but they refused to give a full refund. Instead, they offered $6 compensation or asked me to pay shipping and customs to return the wrong product.

This is a scammy „private labeling“ operation with no respect for customer rights. Avoid this store at all costs

I ordered some items from linenmen and although arrived in a timely manner the quality is incredibly poor. They clearly enhance the pics on their website probably with AI. The quality is incredibly poor. Avoid this site. Customer service is appaulling. I messaged to advise that I did not want the items and to return them. They ignored messages, I then took my case to PayPal and linenmen offered a 10% refund. I have declined this offer as I want a full refund for poor quality garments and to return them. They are saying I would have to pay customs charges (as they are based in China regardless of what the website alluds to) to return however as it is a return and not an import their should be little to no charges. I will update this once my case been reviewed by PayPal.

Arrived in less than 10 days. They are awesome. Super comfortable and the adjusting band on the waist is excellent. This pants are exactly as you see them on line. I choose white can't wait to buy off white.

La mayor estafa de la historia. Pedí un traje y me enviaron otro. Después de contactar muchas veces con ellos, me dijeron que si no me gustaba, me devolvían 5€, pero que devolver el traje no podía.

I’ve have asked several times to exchange for a bigger white coat. The one I have is too tight. But you all are not responding

I am very happy with my purchase, so I have placed 2 new orders, one over a week ago and the other 4 days ago. These have still not been sent to me. I am waiting with longing.
