Goods not received

Goods not received. No communication to confirm despatch, courier and planned delivery date. Have chased and 1st response appeared to be automated to say they will look into it. Heard nothing, so after over a week has gone by I sent a further email today. Nothing, not even confirmation of receipt of the email. Then this review has popped up. If zero was an option I would have given that as my rating. Score of 1 will be for the website.
Not sure if it is bogus company, however, they are registered with Companies House. Will be seeking a refund.

The original delivery has gone astray with the carriers which doesnt happen often but when it does we have to communicate with them and then try to track it and quite often this only comes to light when the customer makes contact and makes as aware they havent had it. A replacement item was offered but customer wished for a refund instead. Which was processed and the customer has had it. We have been in business since 2007 , sometimes things dont go to plan sadly but thank you for the original order.

Delighted

I am absolutely delighted with my William Morris Oxford seat pads. They are all gorgeous and beautifully made, excellent quality. Lewis provided top class customer service too. I would definitely buy from Linenfields again.

Order took over a month to come

Order took over a month to come. Did not keep me updated (I felt that I always had to chase them to see what was happening). Promised me a refund on a part of the order as a gesture of good will. Never materialised (and didn’t respond to my emails asking what the status was. With the current climate of competition and excellent customer service available I found them lacking. That said, it was the first time o had ordered from them so could just be a one off. The problem is that I now wouldn’t order from them again to test this theory!

Further to my comment re curtains

Further to my comment re curtains. Linenfields acknowledged the review and let me know that the curtains were in the warehouse and would be with me soon. I received the curtains within four days. Thank you Linenfields but please...keep your customers in the loop!

Sadly I haven’t had a great experience

Sadly I haven’t had a great experience. I placed my order nearly 4 weeks ago and it’s still not arrived. I emailed them and the response was it was being looked into. I didn’t hear anything for a week. I chased again and was told there was a ‘delay’ and it would be with me shortly, but no definite date. Hopefully it will arrive soon?! I just hope the items are of a good quality.

Not worth the hassle.

23rd Feb 2022.Ordered bedspread and 2 matching cushion covers.
8th March 2022. Order arrived. Cushion covers not suitable. Contacted Linenfields online to get return address .
10th March 2022 parcel returned via tracked and signed Royal Mail.
12th March 2022 Tracking code shows parcel delivered and signed.
Numerous polite emails to admin@Linenfields to check on status of refund fail to generate refund.
24th April 2022. Contact my credit card company to discuss the reluctance of Linenfields to process my refund.
27th April 2022. Full reimbursement of order credited to my account.

My beautiful chair pads arrived today

My beautiful chair pads arrived today - they 'ooze' quality. Definitely well worth the price. A perfect fit for my dining chairs. I had been pleased with my previous chair pads, from another Company, but they slowly fell apart and the ties fell off, and were looking really messy. My new Linenfields chair pads are superb quality - far superior to my previous ones.

I was kept informed at every stage of the shipping and the delivery date. Well worth the wait. A big Thank You to you all at Linenfields. I look forward to buying from again you in the future.

Curtains were well made and as…

Curtains were well made and as advertised, great value for money. Arrived when they should have. The only problem was the ribbon that bound the curtains in the plastic packets left a line of shaded mark on the curtains. The ribbon seemed not to be colour fast. I shall wash them n see if it comes out. Hopefully will not be seen when they are hanging Linda Howe

I would have given 5 stars for…

I would have given 5 stars for efficiency, and delivery. However, I ordered two BLUE strawberry thief Oxford seat pads. When unpacked they were GREEN!.
I went to the website, but discovered that items were only refunded or exchanged if they were damaged or faulty. So they don’t match my decor, and although brand new, will go to the charity shop. Thank you.

If the order arrived incorrect we simply ask you to let us know within 7 days so that we can then sort out. We would have collected and resent the correct ones. We do accept returns as shown on site as long as they haven't been used and are still in their retail packaging . Thank you for you order.
