We had Richard and Mike in our residential home to complete a internet network upgrade, Both were lovely people, very professional and tidy. Both communicated plans well and the upgrades they have installed have transformed our service. Could not recommend enough.

Hamzah was great today, supporting with our IT. He was very responsive, explained everything in great detail and double checked my understanding of our call. The issue was resolved in a short call, very happy with the service received.

Tom and Richard came to install new business phone system for our office; they were quick and able.

I have dealt with Lily Comms for several years, new phone systems, wifi, mobiles etc, and found the company excellent, WHY? because there is always someone available to talk to, should i have any problems, however to stand out members of staff Mathew Hawkins and Andrew Ayre are off the scale with regards help so a big thankyou, also there I.T. department whenever i have an issue are always on hand. Are Lilly the cheapest? or most expensive? i have no idea, time is money, problems need solving, answers are needed. That's why i keep my business with the Lilly Team 5 stars from us here at HP Fabric

From the outset, Euan, my account manager, handled all the arrangements seamlessly and made the transition incredibly straightforward. The engineer, Jason, was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful during the installation.

The aftercare support was equally impressive. Benny went above and beyond to ensure that every change I required was completed before ending the call, which was greatly appreciated.
