Was approached by alex when canvassing.. and after some funding issues the work began , insulating team were a nice bunch of lads and cracked on at a decent pace .. few issues with plumbing and some prior planning with solar panels, the team at Macbrook gas are more than capable at dealing with any issues I had .. house feels a lot warmer and efficient..Stirling job all round

Lifetime savings were vital in my application for my solar panels and heaters. They made everything very quick and easy and connected me to the installers who were also brilliant. Thank you all so much.

It was a bit of a long process with a fair amour of admin which took a little while but once it got going it all went fairly smoothly. The admin was mainly handled by lifetime savings who arranged the grant and the contractor. All in all a really good service.

I apply with them in November i have been call by one guy Alex was very helpful and explained everything to me i have been approved and on 22 January i have the new boiler installed wath can I say thank you very much for your help and thank you very much Alex :)

From my experience I am not at all impressed by Lifetime Savings. I have been very independent throughout my life never taking handouts from anyone, however I am now retired my wife and I are living on one government pension, she is not quite pensionable yet. I contacted them in reference to a first time heating installation which my local council granted, they then sent one of their contractors to carry out a survey but alas they let us down and now the usual round of phone calls with nobody calling back. This has been going on for over three months now, we were hoping for central heating this Christmas. We thought it was too good to be true and apparently it is.
