I first spoke to Jalil in May with a vague idea of buying another rental property perhaps in 6 or 12 months time. His advice to me was crucial; if you can, do it now. That got us moving, and we have achieved an excellent investment.
Nicola was great at keeping us informed on the administration side, and always efficient and friendly.
