Very professional and pleasant experience
This was my second time doing a test with this company. Mike made me feel as comfortable as possible, he broke everything down and explained the process. Communication was excellent from days before the test, during and after the test as well. The results were sent to me shortly after doing the test. The whole process was smooth and stress free. Very professional, I would highly recommend.

I phoned mike and got a appointment…
I phoned mike and got a appointment within 2 hours the same day, he was really helpful and explained everything throughly and put me at ease. I suffer with anxiety and other things which made me feel more worried about doing the test but mike reassured me that these things wont effect the test if you are telling the truth. I did the test which was really easy to do and received my email to say i had passed very quickly after.

5 star service. Cannot praise this company enough. My husband said I cheated on him with another man 10 years ago and has continued to bully me about this every year since. I decided enough was enough and had a test done to prove my innocence. Thank you so much :)

I went to see Mike on the 11/5/23.
My boyfriend cheated on me a year ago when he was an addict.
At that time he didn't want to admit it. I left him. He didn't give up kept coming after me. 3 months ago I gave him a second chance when he admitted everything he has done.
Also he is now sober free from addiction.
The reason I still wanted him to take the test was I wanted to know if he told me everything truthfully and wanted to find out since I gave him a second chance he stayed faithful.
He passed the test.
I give 5 star because Mike provided a good aftercare for me. Even my boyfriend passed the test I was uneased because I don't know how accurate those tests are. I sent several messages to Mike after the results was received and he took his time to respond to me. Some of the things he said had positive impact on me which is the most important things for me to be honest. I did my best to give a honest feedback due to my experience.

When you provide a service to clients you do so knowing that occasionally not everyone will be happy with the outcome of the data analysis. I am sure we can all sight examples where suppliers have let us down and in that case it is quite reasonable to complain.
My usual approach is to contact the supplier and explain my issues and then give them the opportunity to investigate the process and come back to me with their findings or resolution.
What I would not do is write a one star review without having the basic good manners to speak with the provider first. We always strive to provide the most professional service available and we give same day feedback and results to our clients and partners. This client booked a test for his partner having suspected her of infidelity over a period of years. Those suspicions were simply that suspicions and were based on no factual evidence at all.
Having been nagged or in today’s parlance “gaslighted” to the point of desperation and wanting to resolve the suspicions once and for all the partner agreed and took the polygraph test. She clearly passed the tests and it was agreed by both parties to be the final resolution.
So you will have to excuse the scepticism in which we view your one star review. If you keep nagging your partner (it has been months since the test) then do not be surprised if eventually they are brow beaten into admitting something they have not done!

I had a good experience even if I was very nervous at the beginning cause it was something new and you see many things in the movies, but Mike Rumble explain everything to me, he talked to me and kept me calm, relaxed, without distractions so the test can be 100 % correct. Very professional all the time, if you reach the point that you need a lie detector I recommend them.

Very very happy with this company
Very happy with the whole process, easy booking and was always kept up to date by Mike.
When I arrived this was my first ever test Mike was very welcoming and very professional you can sence a nice atmosphere he explained to me perfectly as I was a bit nervous and more nervous the more equipment he pulled out haha.
He made me feel at ease and calmed me down in seconds, it's not a nice situation to be in when you have ti take a polygraph test but Mike gave me a excellent service and i didn't expect it to be the way it was, I always imagined polygraph test to be quiet scary but in fact it's the complete opposite, I would highly recommend for anyone looking for the truth to use this company and its a good price too no added fees etc I recieved a full report 2hours after which was great and I thank you Mike for working with me today, back to Northern Ireland I go now (company does come to Northern Ireland but I was on holiday in Manchester so made it easier to book in Manchester rather than Northern ireland )xx
