Wish I’d read the reviews first. Ordered 3 football shirts a month ago for a game next week. Promised dispatch in 3 business days. Still not sent a month later. No response to my emails to customer service. If you’re thinking about it, don’t buy from them.

I cant fault lids online ordering etc, i ordered an NFL helmet late at night, it was dispatched the next day and arrived the day after that. It was the cheapest i could find it and great service provided by them.

I nade a purchase at lids at the 5th of december. It still hasn’t arrived. I thought of contacting them, but when I was reading the (very bad) reviews on various sites about there customer service. I decided that it would be better to accept that my order will never arrive. I will never order anything from them, and I advise others not to do so.

I like the selection of caps and embroidery however not so much on the Jersey front oh well yes

BUYERS BEWARE! I purchased a gift card from the locker room by lids in fashion show mall on Las Vegas Blvd store after asking Chandler and Jessica several times if it could be used at fanatics.com. come to find out the card couldn't be used on the website "until after the holiday season". When I called the store to inquire if I could get a refund, I was greeted by an unprofessional man named Felipe that yelled "F*&K", before putting me on hold because he was "too busy" in the store. I was then given a general email address to a retail group to handle my issue.

I suggest purchasing your gear elsewhere....

Got a rare LAKINGS jersey that wasnt available here in the US anymore.I grew up next to the Forum in the 70s, so this jersey means a lot to me.I am very grateful

This site is a scam. Took my money, said the products out for delivery, then apparently give a refund but have seen no money and now they're saying they've delivered what they apparently refunded.

After dealing with a few issues I was able to connect with Ruth and she was so helpful and help me solve my problem. She was very kind and great to work with you don’t come across people like her every day!

I went in for embroidery and was told that the only person who could do what I asked, which was Greek Letters for my fraternity on a hat that I brought in, wouldn’t be in until later that day. I was told that if I paid for it I could come back and pick it up. Also, that I would be called if there was any issue. Since I live an hour away,! Called before coming back today. I was told that it wasn’t done but would be in 30-40 minutes. I arrived and was told they don’t have one of the Greek Letters I needed. Others in my fraternity have used your business to have hate embroidered with no problem with the same thing I asked for. The store was extremely busy and there was only one person working. Coming from a background in retail management, this was unacceptable by itself. The sales person wasn’t very helpful and didn’t seem concerned about my 2 trips, almost an hour there and a the same going back. He walked away when I was trying to ask for a receipt for a refund and then again as he handing me back my hat. This was very unprofessional. I will be letting other members of my fraternity know what a negative experience I’ve had. I the time before this one I drove here and the machine was broken.

I ordered a Mitchell And Ness cap and the hat was out of shape and looks like a kids hat.When I measured it and compared it to 3 of my caps made by the same brand,it was much smaller.They charge you $9.99 to get a refund sent back to your debit card or you can get an electronic gift card for no fee plus you lose the shipping cost.I buy all of my caps from lids and I have about 15.I will never purchase anything from them again after I redeem the gift card.What a ripoff!

Bought a jumper for $80, it didn’t fit the intended person so started the return for a refund process and it cost $36 to return!!! $36!! To go from South Australia to New South Wales. An absolute joke. Tried talking to their customer service online chat, the person was so slow at responding, then stopped altogether and didn’t answer nor help me fix my issue.

DO NOT BUY from them unless you ABSOLUTELY know your size and won’t be returning.

Le travail n'est pas en conformité de la fiche signéé, ni impécable (les lettres sur le maillots sont de tailles différentes).
Le magasin a fait une autre erreur de paiement et ils ne veulent pas me rembourser (ou trouver une autre solution).
Ils ne répondent pas à mes mails.
Je ne sais pas s'il s'agit d'incompétence ou de malveillance!
Pour une marque qui se veut être internationnale, c'est une déception complète du travail effectué et du service après vente.

Didn't like the hat I ordered. Trying to return it is a pain in the you know what as they don't have easy access to a return form. They also subtract half your credit off for returning the item. Also, why don't they offer in store returns like every other modern store? Such a silly business way that I won't ever deal with them again.

Ordered a NHL t-shirt and I regret not checking out any reviews before hand!

Ordered from a website called Fanatics International then the order email came from Lids International (this was the first alarm bell).

Not surprisingly the order was not delivered. The ‘tracking’ site landmark global showed the t shirt as sent then as (mysteriously) returned to the ‘returns centre’ (alarm bell number two).

After contacting Lids, I was told they would conduct an ‘investigation’ and get back to me within three days. Ten or so days later there was no update.

I reported the transaction via PayPal and they refunded the amount straight away (it’s almost like the saw the biller was Lids and did the refund without question).

Save yourself the trouble and avoid this company.
