Our lovely experience with kim
My partner and I have recently purchased a house with the help of our lovely Kim Daynes. Being first home buyers Kim really guided us through the process. Although we had done our research prior she filled in the gaps perfectly and before we know it we were ready to buy!
Kim was wonderful to communicate with and kept everything punctual and had us on our A game.
We all knew the type of house we were after and it was actually Kim who found the house we ended up purchased. The efforts were really noticed by my partner and I and it was a pleasant experience and will happily recommend the services provided to us.

Kim is very efficient and knowledgeable in her role. She asked all the questions without having to come back and ask again. She was able to articulate the processes and timelines and knew her job. On top of this she is incredibly professional, honest and personable. It’s great dealing with someone local too.

Kim is an incredible broker!
Kim was able to explain to us the requirements it took to become a home owner, how to prepare financially and ultimately enabled us to purchase our first home. Kim was always honest and available when we had questions and was so very helpful when it came to settlement. We would refer Kim to everyone we know who is buying a house!
