This is the second time I have dealt with Karen, this time we were buying / selling. When our house had sold and we were on the clock to find another and get finance approved before we effectively became homeless, Karen was amazing. Karen took the time to genuinely understand our needs and she had our finance approved within 3 days! She turned something that could have been a really stressful time into a really positive experience. Could not recommend her enough.

We have used Karen twice now and each time she has been efficient and honest with her timelines. She was quick to respond when we needed finance in a hurry due to a change in circumstances and we got all the deal done and dusted quickly.
