Ben has been outstanding to me throughout the last year.
I was first recommended to reach out to him by a family friend whom he helped with finance for their property.
Ben drive all the way from Geelong to Melbourne to meet up with me to discuss my home goal. I felt so comfortable and was able to understand what my steps were to do to get my first home.
Unfortunately, like alot of people there was a major delay with my finances due to covid - and during that time I was moving to the area of the country that I wanted to buy.
At the same time the area that I wanted to buy had very little property on offer or land. This meant that I was constantly back and forward with him with possible house and land options or established homes.. to be honest, every time I called him I felt like I was the biggest burden on the poor guy - but he was so helped and so accommodating to me.
He talked me through cost breakdowns, and looked in the different avenues for different properties I put offers in on.
I was so lucky to have him because I was buying my house on my own with no parents to help me understand specific things. For anyone who is a first home buyer and who has never done this process before I HIGHLY recommend using Ben.

This is the third time that we have used Ben and have been very impressed with the lengths that he will go to make things easier over the whole loan process.
