I have just purchased a Pegasus 300cc. Very pleased with it so far. Still running in at the moment even though they say you don't need to. Ok it doesn't have all the bells and whistles like the mainstream manufacturers but it has everything you need. Power is delivered smooth and quick. Underseat storage is fantastic and the general look of the bike is very attractive. Overall I'm very pleased. Just hope I get the same in reliability.

I'm sorry to say this but I'm very disappointed in Lexmoto. Apparently i as a buyer of a lexmoto milano should have been sent a letter nearly 8 months ago stating that my bike was on a recall and i shouldn't be riding it. I was never informed by Lexmoto who apparently missed me off their systems and never informed me. I've been riding a faulty dangerous bike since up until i was informed by the garage. Also my front brake cable had punctured and wasn't working a brake which is rarely used and I've only done over 350 miles. Now because of the parts required to fix it and the delays in sending out replacement parts to fix the recall my bike is going to be off the road for weeks and weeks due to the delays from Lexmoto dispatching the parts. I can no longer recommend Lexmoto as a distributor of Bikes for service, and reliability see below the recall notice i found online (⛔️ Urgent STOP-DRIVE NOTICE on Lexmoto Milano

As the safety of our riders is of our highest priority, our technicians have been working closely with the factory to produce a stronger mounting bracket replacement as a matter of urgency, that rectifies this issue for the rest of your Milano’s lifetime. The new bracket has been developed, produced, and is now being extensively tested by Lexmoto. Once this testing is complete, a further update outlining the next step will be released to you soon.

It is anticipated that our Lexmoto dealership network will collect your Milano, fit the replacement parts, and offer a final inspection, free of charge.

We also wish to take this opportunity to remind you that until the replacement is fitted by an approved Lexmoto Dealer you MUST NOT ride your Milano, no matter what modifications have already been carried out.)

Awful service - I feel left helpless with it - don’t buy !!

Not easy to contact when there is a problem. I have a potential recall issue with my scooter Pinch bolt at head of steering came loose, only 370km on clock) and I have to pay for scooter to be transported to the dealer as Lexmoto do not cover this. Telephone is not local rate number but 0844.
REcall earlier this year it took around 6 weeks from receiving letter to scooter getting fixed, they did pay for collection then.
I have owned a Lexmoto scooter for over 7 years but my latest experience has not been good.

I have owned My Lexmoto LXR 125 since October 2021. I have just covered 700 miles on the bike and so far it has been trouble-free motoring. I have just had my second service and everything was fine. Just before my second service I went out and did a 75 Mile Ride some of that was in standing traffic and the bike performed without fault. I know there are a lot of people out there that will tell you to steer well clear of these bikes and to go for the more established brands from Japan I look into buying a Honda Yamaha but for the money Of the LXR, I would get a used Second-hand example. If we all cast our minds back to the seventies and eighties When Japan first started bringing their cars and bikes into the UK you were told to steer clear they were unreliable and not British but look forward today everybody buys Japanese. My advice is to Use your own mind to go and do your own research and go and have a look for your self Lexmoto has a very good dealer network and a good part supply unfortunately like everyone else at the moment the Japanese are included there are supply chain issues. For the money you get a two years parts and labor warranty Would you get that with a second-hand jap bike? Also on a side note As a project, I brought a Yamaha RD 125 none Runner to do up in the evenings to teach myself bike Maintenance if I mess it up I have lost nothing as it is a none runner if it works done well. But the point of mentioning this is that on Facebook a gentleman put on that he had dropped his LXR and the right-hand handlebar and brake peddle had snapped off and a lot of the comments were saying if the bike had been Japanese that would have never happened well my Yamaha feel of its paddock stand on to its right hand side and Guess what the same thing happened my point is that it does not matter if its Japanese Chinese or Indian or any other make you drop a bike and you will end up at some point with Damage. Make your own minds up don't listen and be lead

Don’t buy lexmoto Apollo after 8 months engine is broken and I still waiting for dealers to resolve this problem first time his what charge me 900£ I still have warranty from to weeks I have to cancel all my jobs and I lose more then 2000£ because nobody they told me when will be ready I don’t recommend to anyone this brand

Decent bike and easy to use. However for the life in me I can’t get a spare key or Evan a blank key to get cut. I’m told I need to order one however never in stock. Am I better changing the whole barrel?

Good learner bikes! Just some dealer needs to be changed! I went for first service at M&M motorcycles , they make quick yob , but when my bike showed engine light after service , I was shocked! Stopped my bike and checked oil level , any other damages , so It's come up with Ower filled oil , broken air box bracket! So I didn't risk to drive! Called my insurance company, get recovery to my house! Next day moved my bike to dealer ho sold it to me, they confirmed, oil is way too much filled in, rubber sealing was replaced not by rubber, but copper washer, thourtle body sensor cause engine light . And it's New bike ..... Strange part is that, never before got some issues with it, but after service my bike is in garage for warranty service.! Plus M&M MOTORCYCLES Not uploading my service at lexmoto homepage! They are just not doing their job, but some of mechanic don't know what is doing!

What can I say. 2 years warranty shows the confidence in the product.
I'm happy and I'm sure you will be.

I wonder if anyone came help me I have a Lexmoto vienna 50cc 2017 and trying to find out how to top up the coolant

Hi I have made a statement after speaking with a employee of Lexmoto who told me to email my predicament .... this i did on 19/4/22 but have had no response at all £4500 has been paid for a Talaria that was built up and assembled incorrect and unsafe and failed in the very first 15 minutes of use i have been back to the distributor Craigs at Dewsbury WF13 1HX AND THEY WOULD NOT ADMIT ANY FAULTS AND JUST BLAMED THE RIDER WHEN IT WAS OBVIOUS THERE WAS A BLATANT ASSEMBLY FAULT of which i have all the pictures.... please acknowledge my email as we went with Talaria and the distributors,because it was printed and stated that customer service was good.
As of now i feel ignored and hard done by through no fault of my own and as now the bike is just stood in my garage unable to be ridden and £4500 seems to have been wasted in just under 15 minutes.
NB luck has been on all sides as the missing bolts and build failure has not caused any serious personal injury.

UPDATE i sent my email to every part of LEXMOTO i could find as there is no direct email and i had a brief reply saying it is up to the dealer to sort .... the dealer WILL NOT ADMIT they did not assemble the bike poorly because that means they accept responsibility so they blame rider even though everything (pictures show) bolts loose and missing and marks on shock showing failure. So now i am trapped between dealer and manufacturer .... i thought lexmoto would step in and sort it because the Talaria Sting electric bike is pretty new to the market and they would help .
PLEASE NOTE !! you can not buy just one fork leg you have to buy both legs including the triple mount costing a whooping £600 .... and guess what THEY ARE NOT IN STOCK ! Even dealer said price is out outrageous and forcing you to buy other parts that are not needed.... and stock wise he just laughed.
I always knew Lexmoto and Craig’s would work hand in hand together and never take the side of a paid up customer as this would tarnish both parties….but if you look at other peoples experiences with Craigs customer support and build/repair quality and safety it shows how poor and safe they are but when it comes down to money they just don’t care and use every excuse in the book.
It’s not just me there are lots and lots of others out there and Lexmoto ALWAYS back the dealer as they both make money for each other ….. AT JOE PUBLICS cost … just really hope no serious injury occurs through poor workman ship and managerial leaders.
This is a poor approach by Lexmoto who are desperate get their Chinese products to the market.

Underrated brand. Bikes are great value for money and surprisingly full featured for chinese 125s. Would recommend if you're a new rider looking for first bike.

Exactly what you expect for an affordable price. Lovely beginners bike.
The only thing I wish was different is the shape of the fuel tank, not that comfortable around your legs.

I have had the pleasure of riding 2 lexmoto bikes, my first was a 2016 venom, and it was an amazing bike, don't get me wrong I had some issues, but they were easy and cheap to fix. Now I own a 2021 LXR, again a beautiful bike, unfortunately again a few issues, the reason for only 3 stars is the known LXR rear sprocket issue, this has caused me to lose 2 chains and have to replace the bearings, all within 8 months (6000 miles). Lexmoto need to find a perminant fix as I have been told this is an ongoing issue.
The ride itself on the LXR rivals that of brand name, I'd say the ride is better than my old CRB (but that is my opinion), the quality of the bikes has improved a huge amount in the past 5-10 years, and Lexmoto is certainly a good consideration if you are on a budget

Bought an Aura 300 2 weeks ago, this is one of their new keyless models so this is the story to date. Got it home after picking it up from the dealers. The next day went to start it....nothing. The auto-unlock function when you got with 1.5 metres of the bike did nothing. Pressing the manual unlock button did start the electrics for about 10 seconds but on stabbing the start button.....nothing. Dealer came to view the bike the following day and tried also in vain to get it to start.......nothing, so off it went on a trailer. Got a phone call later that day saying it had miraculously sparked back into life and was now working fine. Bike was re-delivered and did appear to be working. Next day went to work everything seemed good. Went to go home......key fob dead. Remember reading in the manual that if the battery was low/dead holding the key in a certain place would enable the bike to be started......nothing. Changed the battery with a colleague's car fob battery which was the same........nothing. Rang recovery, man handle the bike into the back of the trailer as the steering lock was on with no way of releasing it. Got home tried replacing the battery for a brand new one......nothing. Checked the original battery in another fob......worked? Back to the dealer. Dealer claims my battery was dead and they had made it all work with new batteries (on a brand new bike?) I said I wanted assurance that the emergency key overide in the event of a fob battery failure would actually work as it hadn't for me. After they were unable to get it to work, they told me that they had contacted Lexmoto who said that (rather important) function wasn't available on UK models! When I asked how you were supposed to start the bike if the key fob battery failed I was told you'd have to keep spare batteries and a mini screwdriver on you!!!! Why on earth would an extremely important function like this not be enabled on UK models and surely if this is true the bike should have a huge warning sticker that you will not be able to start the bike in the event of key fob failure! (Doubt they'd sell many bikes) I was going to give them the benefit of a few teething problems and keep the bike but now I know this there is no way I'm going to keep it, I can't have a bike that won't start if you key fob battery runs out! All key fob entry / keyless ignition vehicles have an emergency overide function, it is incredulous to think that this function would not be enabled on UK bikes, what possible logic could there be for that. I'm now going through the rejection of the vehicle based on satisfactory quality and fitness for purpose. I'm going back to the Japanese.

Thanks for the reply, but I have been in touch on lexmoto owners facebook forum with a dealer who tell's
me the bike does have this function as it states in the manual. I'm a qualified motorcycle mechanic and have never come across a keyless system that does not have a manual over ride. Can you give me an example of another manufacturer where there is no overide in he event of a key fob battery failure?

Ewan if this "common" in keyless systems why are you not able to give me an example of another keyless system that does not have an override function in the event of a dead fob battery. I put it to you because there obviously isn't any. I have checked the manuals of all mainstream keyless manufacters, Honda, Piagio, Yamaha etc and perhaps not surprisingly they ALL have an emergency start procedure in the event of a fob battery failing as one would expect. The whole function of the bike cannot rely on a £2.99 remote battery! I'll be arguing this in court if need be.

Having spoken to the dealer the "well established procedures" don't exist. You either have to carry both keys or call recovery!

Zero stars would even be too many for Lexmoto.
I bought a Titan 125 in June 2021, brand new, and all kinds of issues started very soon, the most serious being the front wheel literally stuck due to an issue with the callipers, in March 2022, just when they recalled the bike as the rear wheel could detach!
They would only allow me to take the bike to the nearest dealer to my place, but this dealer would not accept to repair it. After we agreed to take it to another dealer I had to pay for the towing truck and also for the repair of the brakes, despite the scooter being still covered by warranty. Customer service is useless: they keep repeating that I should have taken the bike to the nearest dealer and that it's not their fault if he refused to fix it!!
