I've used the Circa planner/system for years. It's the best, most affordable, good quality organizational systems on the market. And, I love the beautiful pens. Levenger has been my favorite, trusted company for my professional stationary needs.

I love the quality of your products
I love the quality of your products. It would be nice if there were more sizes of refill paper for this mid-size journal.
And I wish you would bring back your line of women's purses. I have the small black one with all the organizing features. Wish you had one that was a bit larger!!!

Hassle when items not gift wrapped as paid for
Ordered items to be gift wrapped they were not gift wrapped called Levenger was informed I would need to submit a photo to substantiate my claim the total was about $15 I don’t know how to use my iPhone to send a photo I should prolly learn my daughter is my teacher in using my iPhone she is out of town my order was over $300 we are long time customers 20+ years

Levenger is Fantastic
Levenger is fantastic. I love their Circa notebook system, particularly because I'm left-handed. I can take sheets of the Circa pages out to take notes and then put them into my notebook with earlier notes, without the hassle of the rings getting in my way. The pens I have purchased are top quality as well, and refills or inks are available for all the brands they carry. Service and delivery is also very good.

You kept bombarding me with get free…
You kept bombarding me with get free shipping ads and when I filled in the email request, you never gave me free shipping even though my order was more than the minimum requirement of $50. Also, you kept bugging me to sign up for an extra 15% off when I accept text messages and when I did that, you failed to give me the discount.

Great Variety of Selections
Great variety of selections at Levenger. The item I chose is a simple design that's both beautifully executed and functional. I always have it near me at home.
It arrived promptly and was very well packaged and protected as well. I have other lovely items from Levenger that I've had and used for years, and this piece will now be among them.

I ordered refills for my antique…
I ordered refills for my antique Levenger pen and they did not fit. Customer service rep researched and found out Levenger no longer makes refill for my pen. They recommended a third party and refunded the amount for the refills that didn't fit. I donated them.
