Ayyub provided a great service from the initial call to L int, through viewing the property to handing over the keys. He always answered all our questions quickly, was willing to fit in with our timeframe and moved the whole process on as smoothly and quickly as possible. It's been 7 years that Lettings has been managing my flat.
Negative - out of hours calls assistance is very poor ( 3 days without hot water);
Positive - My property officer Nadia is something special,always go the extra mile to help me with any issue.She definitely add value to this company( Ikram is time for that promotion 😀)
Overall they have a good customer service.
