I am not surprised at all to see all the negative reviews here! In my experience, just like OfferUp.... LETGO has sellers who do not respond to questions via messages. I constantly see things for sale that have been listed for like a year? Really? I mean like who would not ask the question is this still available? The sellers have very vague descriptions of items with only one picture and forces the potential buyer to ask a lot of questions and of course 9 out of 10 sellers never reply. I'm really trying to figure out how some of these sellers get like a five star rating? Is this just a fake account by LetGo just for them to let you think it's a good place to buy?? You can report these type of people but guess what? It's just a waste of time, just like trying to buy something on the website "A Waste Of Time"

do you recieve the items you bougth?

Horrible service. I VERY rarely have been able to sell items successfully on Letgo. People are not trustworthy on this site. Some are downright creepy at times. People constantly saying they want to buy something and don’t respond or show up. Deleting my account

To many people who are not serious about buying what you post. They will first message you with a ridiculous low price and even if you finally agree to sell, they don’t end up buying. So I actually get Really annoyed and waste of time. So the 1 Star Isn’t The app itself but the people on it

This app its only for scammers. I was buying a cellphone, for many days, and almost 99 % of the advertising came from people that only want to received money by ETransfer and said they will send the cellphone. For this people is the same if receive half of the price or only the amount for shipping (50 CAD) "something better than nothing, no"?
I don't recomend do any transaction through LETGO.

If I could give it less than a star I would...the worst app. Takes your money to “feature” your merchandise which NEVER happens. And I’m convinced any messages you get are staged. The messages are enough to make you think there’s interest and you respond and nothing after that. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Set a price. Never completed job! Never returning. Very unprofessional! Be cautious of someone with no business cards. There is a reason.

Answered a one owner 2004 camary purchased for 2000 but after looking closer not one owner other hidden issues. Letgo won't help with a clear fraud.

This site is not safe as advertised. The buyer scammed me out of my product but saying that the would pay with PayPal. But the funds never arrived after I game him my product. The PayPal receipt looked legit when he emailed it to me but it was bogus. When I told the police that I got scammed they said they couldn't do anything since I sold it for less then the required amount for them to do anything. So it doesn't matter that Letgo says that have the person IP address. Don't use the site and think that everything is safe. It's no better then Craigslist.

Bunch of pieces of caca. I list an m16 airsoft mag and it gets denied. I look online for airsoft guns and they are being sold. This app is a joke. They screw you over.

I got scammed by letgo 3 times 1st guy said he's coming I gave him my house address then he said nothing 2nd this girl named mellisa Jones said she's not buying it bc I'm stupid then blocked me 3rd the 3rd one I didn't get scammed but my 76 yr old grandma got scammed by the hurricane dorian was happening so, I she bought these remotes and phones and when she got them there was broken not just that she looked on her reviews but, she was the girl wrote a bad review how she is so poor and old these people buy stuff from dollar tree and try to selling for 70$ I if I could put 0 stars I would I im mad😡😡😡😡

My family tried to list our car for sale (SW USA). We were blocked by a warning that we ‘couldn’t post in a country we were’t In.”.’ We went with ‘CraigsList’.

Its a scam. I am a victim of fraud. I posted to sell my phone and the persons profile named as Global b. Bluffed and stole my phone worth $850. I emailed Letgo, apart from blocking the person, they wont do anything about it. Blocking the person on Letgo would really not help, he would create another profile and sell all stolen phones. Letgo wasnt helpfull at all. I would strongly recommend not to use letgo, apart from blocking and empathizing they wont do anything much.

There are some people who are real however 99.5% of this site is scammers. Tons of scammers so be careful. I gave 2 stars because I did sell 1 item but after that just scammers.

I’ve been selling on the internet a long time, eBay is my main place. This LetGo is as bad or worse than Craigslist for the scammers. Within a few minutes of listing stuff, I get a response on every item from the same user, that is definitely a scam.
I think I’ll stick to Craigslist for local selling, or Facebook marketplace, eBay for the expensive stuff. After reading some of the terrible stories of people being robbed, (I don’t know how anyone these days get scammed on any of these type sites, including Craigslist), I got to go, don’t have time, and they’re wasting my phone battery. I gotta letgo of this app.

I would like to give not one star, I can't even sell anything, my chats won't go through anymore I think they are trying to get people to pay for upgrade, I'm with Craigslist now, I advise you to do the same, I got 5 Hits already within 2 hours

We have sold a couple items. A little hassle but things worked out for myself and the buyer. Had my first bad taste a month ago. I had reduced the price and the potential buyer agreed to it. Took time to set up a meeting. The buyer was a no show. I seriously dislike individuals who can't keep their word or at least have the courtesy to cancel or apologize. He would not return additional messages. There needs to be a " no show" button to report these people.

My wife n I got Robbed.And the people who did it is still advertising Pallets of Junk for sale.The name is B&M Kustoms.They sale pallets of what looks like descent stuff.Until u get home n theres empty boxes.We told them we were doing this for my sister in laws funeral,trying to make a few extra dollars n they had no heart.Sold us a pallet with empty Boxes.They are operating out of a storage company in tulare ,ca.No telling how many people theve burned.And ive tried to work it out by asking for a refund.THEY NEED TO BE SHUTDOWN BY LETGO.

Got robbed by someone on letgo. Kind of sucked. I wasn’t even able to report the user because they blocked me and will probably just continue robbing people. I’m not using letgo again.
