Lesta Paving Anmeldelser

Staff helpfully and friendly from start.to delivery.1st class customer care.would recomend.

all the staff I spoke to were very helpful, I would use the company again and recommend them to others

Great service … very swift with delivery and was at a great price considering the state of affairs with cost of living crisis 👌

We ordered the Kandla Grey paving slabs in assorted sizes back in May. Within hours someone contacted me by phone to confirm the order and arrange a delivery convenient to me. Our items duly arrived well palletised and wrapped with no breakages. The project we need the paving for is now partly complete due to our own time constraints but it is looking great. I wouldn’t hesitate in the slightest to use Lesta Paving again mainly for their competitive pricing, quality products and excellent customer service. Shabana rang for feedback yesterday hence this review and I’ve got to say she is an asset to the company for her professional but friendly manner.

Customer service was great, with prompt delivery, which was arranged within an hour of my order. All slabs arrived without any cracks, albeit with a few chips at the top of where they had been packed.

You supplied what you offered
Yas who I dealt with was very helpful and I like the fact that you followed up a couple of months later to ensure everything was ok
Well done

Great product and the team are very helpful with anu questions we had.

Great price for quality products delivery was quick and when I wanted it looked good when laid

Easy order process, lovely product (Kotah Blue) and arrived on time. Someone called me to deal it with the few broken slabs promptly. Very happy. Thanks!

Brilliant product, great service and fantastic price!

Good company to deal with order on time good value for money would use again

Good price for product, fast delivery and no breakages

Really efficient friendly service and a great product

Great communication, including help with selecting the right product. Kept me informed of the delivery details which were spot on. Advised that there may be some breakage but there was next to none as it was securely packaged.

Always slight trepidation spending this amount on-line, but the product was exactly as stated and delivered as promised (see below).
We needed 2 * 17m2 Autumn Brown patio packs and they each arrived very well packed in a thick plastic covered wooden crate / pallet.

The delivery company originally delivered only “item 1 of 2” but a quick call to Lesta had it all resolved and the 2nd pack dispatched straightaway (it was in the warehouse).
* Word of warning, our delivery firm’s lift-trolley could not move over anything other than smooth flat surfaces and so 2 tonnes of slabs had to be manually moved from kerbside to patio area.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Initial phone put me on the right track, ordered on line and was kept up to date all the way.
Delivery guy couldn't have been more helpful.

Great quality & very helpful staff from Start to finish.

Great slabs, super service, would recommend 100%!! Thanks👍

Excellent customer service. I’m a novice DIY-er & the gentleman I spoke to regarding the product I wanted was knowledgable & very helpful answering all my queries. My project wasn’t ready to take immediate delivery of the slabs but he was more than helpful in processing my order & placing delivery on hold until I was ready. Delivery was organised efficiently & quickly when I was ready & slabs were delivered on time & in perfect condition.
