Love these dresses! I wear a medium and they fit nicely just a little snug in the chest area where I’m a little bigger than average. Super comfortable and light weight. Perfect for summer!

I ordered 2 dresses - the dresses are okay but one does not fit. My story is the same as others on here - this company does not offer free easy returns. They keep bartering with me asking me if I will accept $12 or $15.00. This is ridiculous trying to deal with them. Below is the last email I received from them:

Dear customer:
US$24 is the highest compensation we can give. Could you accept it? If you accept, I will refund immediately. If you don't accept it, our return address is in Dubai, and it is not worth returning.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!

Ordered 3 dresses. Their website says made in the USA. The items have a return address in New York. The quality is terrible and I asked to return the items. They try to get me to keep the order at a discount. I ask again for a RA
now they say they ship from Dubai and I have to pay the postage fees. What a scam. Horrible company to do business with. How can they say made in US and ship from Dubai??

Received the dress timely but it is way too small across the bust-I’m average size. Wrote company for an exchange code so I can get the next size bigger although the rest of the dress fit perfectly. (they claim free exchanges) but was told I have to pay the shipping cost of $15.00. Really? That’s free?

Easy to order, customer service is a little slow in answering.

I need to return 5 items that don't fit and I do not like them. I have been getting a run around from this company. Offering me a partial refund and to keep the items. I do not want the items and would like a full refund. Not sure what my next step is. Very disappointed.

During the shipment process I was provided with tracking information timely. When I received my order, I was pleasantly surprised to see such beautiful dresses made from quality fabric! I will be wearing them on my Summer vacation to Florida!

I ordered a dress, waited 4 weeks and received an empty bag in the mail. When I contacted customer service,they wrote back and told me it was delivered! I will never purchase anything from this company. Buyer beware!!

I would like a better way to return items if needed to return.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I received the clothing after a very long wait. I purchased 4 dresses and they do not fit according to their specs and the fabric is awful. They DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS as per their 30 day refund policy. Kept offering me lower amounts. I will dispute with credit card company. UNACCEPTABLE

I ordered 3 dresses based upon true U.S. size-scale.
All 3 dressed are not true 8-10 U.S. sizes & quality is very poor. I have contacted my credit card company to dispute the purchase. I would not recommend anyone to purchase clothing from this company.

This company is not letting you make the “free returns within 30 days” as offered. The clothes are very cheaply made and the fabric is unacceptable.
I will never place another order with Lepyl.

I was actually surprised by the quality. Very satisfied with the products. Just wish shipping period was shorter! Missed taking items on vacation.

I ordered three dresses from them. 1 was too big. The other had a strange fit. I requested authorization to return 2 of them. They require you request authorization before returning. Their website says Free return within 30 days.✈️ They responded making me ridiculous offers $15, then $38 to keep the two dresses I don't want. I paid $79.98 for the dresses. They told me I can't return them because it would cost ME a lot of money to pay shipping to return them. ME? They clearly don't want to honor their promise of free return in 30 days. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!

Love this dress!! Fit is perfect - a little more gray colored than tan - kind of taupe - very pretty though!

They do not offer refunds like they advertise.
They offer you a very small amount of money to keep the clothes you do not want.
This company is a scam, beware!
Clothes look cheap and sizes are off.
I spent over $100… they offered me $15 to keep the clothes.
I wanted a refund, I did not want to keep the clothing I would never wear.

I LOVE this dress!! Very flattering, wore it to a wedding and got several compliments!!
Only negative was the wedding was out side and it was breezy so a few people got a look at my Spanx!!!
