I've had no problems with lenddirect, it's like money in the bank, except you're not getting the interest.

I needed to have repairs done to my car and got pre approved, was a bit hesitant a rep called me to walk me through my options and got me the line or credit same day with other options, she was truly helpful and I thank you for your help, would recommend anyone to use their services.

I emailed questions a month ago and haven’t heard anything back. I don’t have available time to go into a location physically (I’m not in town much). I don’t like that cash money was able to just offload a contract into another company without my consent. This is bad business practice. 0 input from customers, balance is ALWAYS wrong, never reporting the right credit amount or balance to credit reporting agencies. They are not willing to cancel “optional” insurance. Apply so much interest from a $200 payment that…$25 goes to the principal - yes that’s $175 in admin and interest amounts. Literally the definition of a predatory loan. I can’t wait until I am done with these clowns.

How can it be fixed? CHECK YOUR AND ANSWER YOUR EMAIL! Allow customers to cancel “optional” fees on their loans. This “line of credit” is literally worse than pay day loans. Wish I stuck to those instead of getting suckered into this. I have been paying $25 in principal for FOUR YEARS…still only have $8 available to withdraw.

If you can get approved for literally any other temporary funds do it. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THESE “loans” (I pay a CAR off faster than this garbage

I have used LendDirect for quite a few years now. They were the first company that approved a loan for me, which immediately made me feel valued. LendDirect values prompt and no defaulted payments, and they reward that reliability with more trust given in the form of a credit limit increase, which is very easy to access when needed. Payments happen on the date I specified, and every month I receive an email reminding me that the payment will be coming out. Reminders are their way of staying in touch and assuring that if there is a problem, you can contact them immediately. It's so easy to access in emergencies, I've never been caught off guard or had to panic basic needs since I got the LOC. It's helped me invest in several assets. Decent. Good start to credit.

An e-transfer supposed to be quick but not with lendirect 2h waiting for that cash money was faster I’m disappointed

I had a really great experience working with Suzy(London On. Branch at Adelaide )and the team at the branch. From the moment I walked in, Suzy was welcoming, patient, and very knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable with each step of the process.

The manager and the rest of the ladies at the branch were just as helpful and professional. You can really tell they work well together and genuinely care about their clients.

Simple loan with a repayment plan that met my financial needs. By making all repayments on time, you are eligible for special offers (as long as your payments are made and your credit score remains satisfactory). I have had excellent support from LendDirect.

I had phoned multiple times and took a day to get a response back second thing is I asked them a question and they don’t respond. They don’t give you an answer. You have to ask the same question 4 to 5 times to get an answer and then they never helped me in any way shape or perform. The service is terrible. The finance manager is terrible on communicating and the website says we will get you into a car regardless of your credit situation is not true not true at all

Patience polite friendly staff and very understanding it's very hard to find these days I highly recommend them to anyone seeking financial services.

MIA funds for a couple weeks but eventually got it back. Was informed different things when calling about it. Love how quickly you get approved and. Staff very nice but need to be on the same page not saying money will be there tomorrow and it not. Any ways good, interest isn’t to bad. All in all goods happy so far
