Courier issues
The item i ordered was a long burning led grave candle. It was very expensive and I have yet to see how long it lasts.Supposedly 12 months, I will update the re iew in good time.
Firstly if I was in charge of legend urn I would change the courier as FedEx were not cooperative they promised to arrive within a set timelinesand didn't.
The goods were packed in an ordinary packaging and delivered in a car not a fed ex brown wagon the general public are aware of. It's took over 3 weeks.

I ordered an urn watch clip 18mm, but a quick phone call a week later I was able to change to 20mm with no issues. The item is handmade to order and takes about 3 weeks before dispatch. The communication was positive but the forecast delivery needs to better conveyed by the vendor. The product is high quality and worth the wait. My experience was positive.

The Outside granite Urn I ordered to contain my husbands ashes is beautiful, solid and enables me to sit in our garden knowing he is beside me.
I had received an unexpected delivery bill from the delivery company, I phoned Legends helpline, they were so helpful and concerned that I had received this bill, I was told not to worry they would sort it out, which they did. I received written confirmation that it wasn't for me to pay and they apologised. An emotional and stressful time made easier.
Also received with the urn a kind and thoughtful hand written card thanking me for my trust in them.

'Connected' Urn
I bought this urn for my husband who recently passed away. The online purchasing was straightforward, and delivery was a lot quicker than the quoted time.
It is a beautiful piece of sculpture; the one nit-pic I would have is that the finish is not as smooth as I was expecting or was as shown in the picture on-line. There are some obvious areas of knobbling on the female figure, and it was an expensive piece, but I guess this adds to the individuality of it. That said, overall, I'm happy with my purchase and would happily recommend Legend Urn.
