I buy the lee stafford scalp love shampoo as it irritates my scalp the least of all I have tried. However, twice now the aerosol nozzles have developed faults and stopped working. The first time I wrote it off as bad luck, but the second time was starting to feel expensive so contacted customer services. The only people I could reach out to were 'brand owners' (??? I could tell this wasn't going to go well!!). They told me to take it to the shop I got it from despite me explaining I bought it in cash and funnily enough do not keep till receipts (if even given these days!), weeks or months after purchase. They otherwise suggested I could swap the nozzle. There is no way I am putting a sharp implement near a pressurised container, and I did not think it looked like the nozzle was easily swapped. They did not ask for batch numbers or offer anything to me as way of useable help or compensation,nor could answer my question of how to safely dispose of their still quite full faulty pressurised containers.

SEE FOOT NOTE. Ordered and received an incorrect product. One week after providing sufficient proof, the “ replacement” or product i originally ordered still not arrived. Numerous Fedex apparent updates cor four days, transpiring in nothing arriving. Asked for a refund and no action or response.

I am unlikely to use this site again. The issue was resolved however it was a lengthy, drawn out and irritating process.

Opened the bottle to see if there was a seal and saw the bottle was only half full of shampoo what a rip off €12 bottles only 250ml

Au update on my review.
The company has contacted me and is in the process of giving me a refund. Apparently they had emailed me but I never saw the email.

I had to give one star to submit a review. The company is a big con. Took my payment for my order on 6th August, order not dispatched, all my emails to chase up order and request refund were ignored. No phone number to call them on either.

Smells disgusting like a cheap 90s car air freshener. The heat protection shine mist is so nasty. It had a nice smell in the 2000s so I bought it again. All it does is stink and cause more breakage.

Having just bought the grown strong and long collection, expecting it to smell amazing like the bleach blondes everyday care, this all smells like nail varnish remover. I'm extremely disappointed and will not be buying again.

Deliveries take forever. Always out of stock. Communication dreadful! When/if they email you back, you can’t see that it’s from them. All in all rubbish! I’ve had enough and won’t use again

I had my hair done and my girls at Lee hair brand what amazing woman and she’s very fast.

Do not order from this company. My order got sent out items missing, replacement items sent out still with one missing. Have been trying for weeks to get issue resolved with no luck. The customer service is beyond pointless and why would you buy form a company who clearly doesn't care about there customers??

Ordered wrong items & they wanted me to firstly return to USA at a cost of £30. Then changed their minds & gave me an address for the Netherlands which would cost near on £20 & to top it all off would only be refunded in credit vouchers!
I am now stuck with the items & I for one won’t be ordering from them again. They don’t state any of this so beware!I

I have bought shampoo and conditioner at st.Pancras Boots and both bottles are not full.Is it have to be like this?

Wish I had read the reviews first. Horrible experience. I ordered one product and paid for it, plus shipping. Was told it was out of stock. I have been waiting over two weeks for a refund, now they sent an email telling me I cancelled the product! I highly doubt I will see that refund. Please avoid buying from this site, I only wish I had read here first.

Second time I have ordered online, placed order on Sunday evening, 3.4.2022, and it was delivered today before noon 5.4.2022 - can't fault them, brilliant service.

I only ordered once before online from Lee Stafford, before the various lockdowns, and had no problems, but recently I tried to order online and 2 orders were not accepted for some reason - I gave them the benefit of the doubt, could be down to stock shortages/staffing/logistics problems etc. I read the negative reviews and was undecided whether or not to order again.

Got to say, I had no problems this time ordering online, got a 30% Easter discount on all goods, and products were delivered within 48 hours. I would complain if I received bad service, but when you get good service you also have to say thanks !! I will be back.

Order placed on 13th February. Still waiting. They claim it has been sent and signed for by courier APC on a day I was home all day!!! Not even signed for in my name . I want a refund!!!!!

My order took several weeks to arrive (although I did get an apology email to say they were understaffed due to Covid). But it contained all the wrong items, eg 12 tubes of the same hair cream.
I contacted Customer Services and it took them 4 weeks to reply.
But they did and offered me a full refund.
So be patient, I guess. Or buy the products from a high street shop.

Worst company I have ever bought from. Placed an order for 10 items on 3rd January in the new year sale. A notice on the website said delivery could take 2 weeks, fine. It's now 18th February and 2 out of 10 items have arrived. Customer service is none existant, no response to emails, no point complaining on social media as they still don't care. Right now I feel like they've stole my money.

Alright in the end.
I placed a rushed order last month, haven't had read the company reviews. Then 2 weeks later, I was still waiting and had to chase up. At this point I read the reviews and decided not to worry yet as people seemed to get their orders eventually. No reply to my email but a few days later I got a dispatch email and my parcel arrived today, just under 3 weeks after placing the order.
Items look ok and had a free gift included so all worked out in the end. Will probably use again if I like the products on my hair.

Awful customer service (well its not awful because it doesnt exist), no reply to emails, no delivery ETA...waiting for 3 weeks and still nothing. never again.

Do not buy from this company online!
No point of contact with this “business” been waiting for my order for over 3 weeks and haven’t been responded to by anyone still! Made contact via there social media and was told the very same response everyone gets regarding there issues with this company! No care for there customers at all but will happily take there money!
