I recently purchased a car from Leeds Motor Company Ltd and had the pleasure of dealing with Kevin Capuvanno, the Sales Manager. I can honestly say that the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish.

Kevin made the process easy, friendly, and completely stress-free. At no point did I feel under any pressure, and he took the time to answer all my questions with patience and professionalism. The customer service throughout was exceptional.

The car itself was prepared to a very high standard, having been fully serviced and thoroughly checked before collection. Purchasing Mazda 3 from Leeds Motor Company and the service from Nick has been great with no high pressure selling. I wasn't intending to part exchange my current car but Nick suggested doing this and offered a fair price which I accepted. This has made life simpler for me. Overall, very friendly and efficient service. I would certainly recommend LMC.

I recently decided to renew my car and as I had dealt with Leeds Motor Company before I decided to go there. AS before Tony was exceedingly patient in finding me the car just right for me. He remembered my needs from the last time, Automatic, petrol and 4 door. He allowed me a test drive to make sure I was happy with it.
Even after I purchased it he was really helpful in making sure I got my road tax and DVLA notifications done properly. He help me fill in retention forms to keep my personal registration He has even offered when I get my V6 form and retention slip returned he will organise one of the staff to change my plates. He was never pushy like some salesmen are and I never felt under pressure.
I would really recommend this company and I hope I don't need to buy another car soon but if I do it will certainly be LEEDS MOTOR COMPANY

bought a car in January from burley place, feel like it’s been one thing after the other.
sold me a car that had a crack on the windscreen which they said had been filled so couldn’t do anything else
Then I find tape on one of the wingmirrors so within my warranty I took it and they had a look and said they would order a new one. Waited a week for it to arrive and then nearly a week to get booked in. When I collected it, it was the same exact wingmirror as they took majority of the tape off but left some still underneath. I needed my car so took it home and rang them the next day after it was after hours and they said to bring it for them to have a look again which would mean another trip back and forth.

We came down for a viewing despite being close to closing time. Customer service was amazing. Very thorough with checks and servicing. Placed a deposit on the same day and purchased car in full later. Would highly recommend.
