Every member of the team we spoke to was incredibly helpful. Every question I asked was answered helpfully. The hoodies themselves arrived on time and in great condition. The children absolutely love them with a special mention for how soft they are on the inside.

The worst, disappointing experience ever!!! Ordered in advance, the day came my daughter was so so excited to get her hoodie, along with all her year, to then see the wrong name on the back, one word careless, no time or thought. Whilst her peers all have theirs my daughter is without. She is upset, disappointed and now it will be another two weeks they say, after having to chase them constantly! It’s not just us either it’s happened to lots of other disappointed parents with errors they didn’t need to make. Never ever again! Please avoid at all costs!!!! Or you too will have disappointed children!

Front start to Finnish the process was easy, Annie was helping me sort out jumpers and always had fast replies and was happy to make changes when needed, was told jumpers would take up to two weeks to come but they arrived early and all jumpers were amazing and exactly how we requested
