The vehicle was delivered quickly- just 3 days after signing the documents.
The only thing that wasn’t great was the company used to deliver the vehicle did not use a trailer. The vehicle, which is brand new, was driven from Devon to Kent (270 miles) in the pouring rain so when it turned up the outside of it was filthy with road muck, which made it difficult to inspect for any damage to paintwork etc upon receipt and the fuel tank was almost empty with the fuel light on.
If you have just leased a brand new car it would be nice if it turned up clean with some fuel in it so maybe consider a company that delivers using a trailer.

From the very first call with Andrew, everything was friendly, honest, and efficient. He made the whole process straightforward and transparent, with no pressure at all. Delivery was then organised seamlessly by Treena, who was equally helpful and professional.
From start to finish the entire process took just a couple of weeks – and that even included the Christmas period, which makes it even more impressive. Communication was excellent throughout and everything happened exactly when we were told it would.

The staff, Treena in particular, were very good communicators, keeping me informed from the start of my initial enquiry to the delivery of the car. Treena also managed a difficult situation in that the supplier of the car made errors which she was able to sort out fairly quickly.

From the initial contact Charlie wasn’t pushy and ensured we were kept up to date on what was happening and when. On the delivery day all went as planned and the car is excellent
