Easy to order. Fair price and quick to dispatch.

The only thing is that DHP local left the parcel with our camera just inside our front gate and I didn't know it was there. It was visible to the pavement. It would have been more secure to leave it by our front door, where there's a box for parcels. I was actually in, waiting for the parcel, but no-one ever came to the door and knocked.

Great customer service. They answered all our binocular questions with great patience. I decided to add another item to my order but it was out of stock in their branch so they transferred my order to another branch thus saving me two lots of delivery charge.

The speed with which my order was dispatched with no hassle and keeping me informed about the date and time of delivery was very good and the lense is as described at, what I think, was a very good price. I would use them again.

Having owned a Bushnell Trophy Cam HD Camo (Model 119875) I decided to upgrade to the Bushnell Core DS-4K No Glow expecting vast improvements.
Whilst the Video Quality is good the still images are appalling with poor contrast and definition.
The screen is tiny and the battery slot awkward.
The Service by LCE is excellent as always but sadly the Product itself is disappointing

Rapid responses to my emails. I changed my order mid-way - no problem. In hindsight, I exaggerated the condition of my trade-in items but LCE advised me of the shortfall and were very fair in their reassessment.
Certainly would recommend them.

Re the purchase of a secondhand Manfrotto 410 Junior tripod head.

The item was described as “looks like new” or similar and rated as 5 stars.

It arrived the following day looking very much indeed like new, not even the slightest of marks anywhere even with very close scrutiny.

It was very much a bargain price for an item which retails for considerably more when new.

I was told the camera was fully serviced and fully tested. It wasn't. Plus the mirror foam became detached after testing the shutter. To be fair to London Camera Exchange, I was offered a mirror buffer foam repair and even a refund. Instead I chose to have my own camera repairman conduct a genuine full CLA service replacing internal hidden seals too as the camera is is super cosmetic condition. My Pentax repairman has since found other faults with the electronic shutter in manual mode but will easily fix this.

LCE Kept me informed and up to date with tracking of my purchase which gave me a secure peace of mind. First class
