I recently purchased a Nikon Z mount lens, LCE had an additional 10% discount on top of the Nikon seasonal discount which made a significant difference in the cost. The lens was delivered within 48 hours from their Southampton store, it was well packaged and the communication around delivery was accurate and useful. A really good service all round, I'd happily use LCE again.

I had been considering buying a Nikon wide zoom lens, when I received a Bank Holiday offer (email) which was too good to miss. Not only the Nikon Summer savings but the LCE Bank Holiday extra saving. This was a brilliant piece of sales pitch, beating any other offer 'out there'. Even better was delivery included. I received the delivery only 4 days after ordering, considering this was a Bank Holiday weekend that was a great performance.

LCE have exceeded expectations again. I saw an advert for the Peak Design micro clutch I plate on offer for £30.00. After a brief call to the Southampton Civic Office branch I went along to buy a couple. I was politely informed that the offer was “online” only or in the Gloucester branch. My confusion as I misinterpreted the offer. I assumed, wrongly that as it was showing in store at a handful of branches the same price would be valid. Not so. Despite that, the manager graciously matched the online offer in-store so I purchased two of them.
A massive shout out to the staff at Southampton Civic Office branch. Thank you. You didn’t have to price match, but you did.
Keep buying from stores like LCE, you really can’t beat the experience and hands on approach.

After cancelling an order with another camera chain who's service and non delivery were appalling LCE just did what they said they would. Sourced an out of stock camera, delivered when they said they would, kept me updated, and provided great, and friendly customer service.
