I registered an interest in a lens that was not yet released and got a call the next day to say one had been made available and did I want it. Delivery was next day. So helpful and great to deal with as always. Can’t beat LCE for camera items.

Item ordered is great, exactly as described, at a good price and supplied quickly. On the negative side, the delivery process was complicated and stressful - the courier (DPD) advised the delivery date (no time specified) less than 24 hours ahead, insisted that parcel couldn't be left in safe place or a pickup location. A delivery slot was advised just 6 hours ahead, resulting in my having to completely change plans for the day. The parcel was then dropped an hour early and simply left outside the front door. Full marks LCE, null points DPD. For goodness sake LCE, ditch your courier, please!

Good second-hand items, clean and fully working as described on there website. Delivery next day (Mon to Fri ) if ordered early the day before, used LCE now for the last 4 years and the service has always been 100%.

The only fault was the item was not delivered when it was supposed to be. I suspect this to be the fault of the carrier and not the supplier.

Easy transaction online, delivered quickly and well packaged from Portsmouth. Also followed it up with a visit to the Plymouth for a new battery, memory cards and RF-EF adapter and got great service.

I bought a new to me lens for my Nikon d7100 and it was delivered faster than expected fantastically packaged and very well priced

I phoned up my local LCE for a lens to fit my earlier purchase from them. They identified another shop for me - I phoned shop and sale despatched same day. The lens was in as good as new condition so very pleased with LCE service

Found it all really disjointed.

Poor communication, unclear rules, I was told to come in and pay in three, just to be told it would have to be sent to my home. Then to find out I couldn't pay in three anyway. No one really seems to know what they're doing in store.
