The camera that I bought was delivered in 24 hrs and was as described in excellent condition. Unfortunately it developed a fault shortly afterwards and had to be returned. The return was also dealt with quickly and efficiently and a full refund issued. I can recommend lce Plymouth and their staff and hope to deal with them again in the future.

Had a problem with my RX100vii camera. Sent to LCE Plymouth for repair. Phone call next day to say that there was no fault but a setting issue. Made to feel valued and respected, not a fool. Very helpful and professional. Great experience.

Bought a canon R7. I chose LCE because the price was the same as other on-line stores but I wanted to give my business to someone on the high street. There was a short delay on dispatch but this was communicated early and only impacted belivery by a day. Camera arrived when I was told it would.

Dealt with Mike over the phone regarding a Canon 90D and lens. Incredibly helpful and professional. Arrived swiftly and well packaged. Highly recommend and will certainly use the shop again.

Firstly, I was unnerved that such an established company did not seem to know where stock was held within their locations, and to watch this disorganisation play out came across as unprofessional.

Secondly, although a member of branch staff was helpful in advising me about some of the many features of my new camera, he misled me into believing that I could return the camera once I had tested it, when in fact the company policy states that it has to be returned unused within 14 days. Based on this staff member’s advice, I took the camera out to explore the features discussed and learn how to adjust them to get better images. It was only after I had done this that I found that this was contrary to the returns policy. The images which have come from this exploration are disappointing and not to the quality of my previous camera.

The order was only placed with London Camera Exchange because other retailers did not have stock of the camera. I deeply regret not shopping in store as this has led to massive disappointment with what I received.

As usual, the team were excellent. Polite, conscientious and reassuring. Always a pleasure to spend time in LCE. Thank you.
