Quick and as described
I bought a used lense, and the reason why I chose the Oxford branch is because their description of condition was a bit more detailed than from some other shops. The delivery was extremely quick and the product was exactly as described.

Friendly and helpful.
I phoned LCE Oxford to enquire about buying a used camera, the member of staff I spoke to was very friendly and helpful.
The camera arrived at 10:30 the next morning well packaged and in perfect condition. Thank you so much LCE.

Website clear and easy to use, straightforward ordering of the equipment. Good descriptions helps in choosing what is best for you.

Really helpful service
Really helpful service in the Oxford store. Unfortunately I wasn't able to try all the items in the range, but made an online purchase from another store on their recommendation and very happy with this choice.

Once again the service is always spot on
Once again the service is spot on and in this recent case the Oxford branch exceled itself. In this instance, the item was not that expensive - less than £20 to be exact - but regardless the same service level was given as much the same as when I spent hundreds not so along ago on a camera. I'm more than happy and hope to continue shopping for some time to come as and when as LCE does excel in good customer service plus their descriptions of used items are well described hence I have dealt with them over many years - can't say fairer than that :)
