I went into the Gloucester branch to…get photos taken for visas
I went into the Gloucester branch to have photographs taken for a visa. I had been having trouble uploading passport photos to apply for visas for a specific country, but the size required varied and it kept being rejected. My last thoughts was going into LCE. The staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, but also keen to discover, where their expertise was exhausted. They persevered in helping us, by adjusting the size of the photos and telling me to try the upload again and again. I was there for almost an hour and they wanted to make sure it was all submitted, before I paid for the photos! Jake and Chris are a credit to the branch and Ill always know where to go for their techy help! Much appreciated guys!

Unacceptable delivery rules.
They do not let their carrier leave anything with your neighbour, or collect elsewhere. You have to be at home, end of. So, if you work... forget ordering from them, uless want to waste your paid holidays on getting the delivery. Try to be helpful and refunded me O.K. but I'd give them a wide berth... Sorry guys!
P.S. I had a courtesy phone call from them saying they are working on it... Good luck.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that our delivery process caused frustration.
We understand that missed deliveries can be inconvenient, especially for customers who are working or unable to be at home during delivery times. Our standard DPD delivery requires a signature and does not allow parcels to be left with a neighbour or in a safe place, as many of the items we send are high value and need to be delivered securely.
For smaller, lower-value items that fit through a letterbox, we can sometimes use Royal Mail where appropriate.
We’re glad our team was able to assist with your refund, and we appreciate you sharing your experience.

A conversation with Simon there, and I bought a Nikon D750 and a lens, delivered next day. I will definitely be back to shop again or just to ask for advice.
