We provide a comprehensive range of both new and used equipment in-store, and online for home delivery. Part exchange is always welcome if you are looking to upgrade your gear! Despite an error by PayPal which was going to send my lender 320 miles away from where I live, Lauren at Colchester quickly rectified the problem and my lens was received on time the following day, excellent customer service from Lauren. Thank you so much

Secondhand camera
The secondhand camera graded as good could not be distinguished from new. Good to get a six months guarantee but it proved impossible to get the actual terms of the insurance. Good price.

Website is easy to use.
Delivery was fast. I ordered on Sunday and it arrived on Wednesday, from Colchester to Lydney.
The lens was packaged well, wrapped in plenty of bubble wrap, in a box, inside a larger box packed with recycled plastic air pockets.
Product was as described and in excellent condition.
