1 star because I'm still waiting on someone to still email me back on what date my bed is meant to be delivered.

Bed itself was fine but didn't arrive…

Bed itself was fine but didn't arrive until well after the 14 working days advertised for delivery, no updates, apologies or explanations for any delays, so contacted myself asking for an update and never received a reply. Ordered April 17th using pay in 3 with Klarna and come the 28th of May they still haven't even taken the first payment. Anywhere else I've ordered from using Klarna the first payment comes out the day you order.

Absolutely awful

Absolutely awful! Midsold a bed on the pay in 3 plan! No mention of the bed not being delivered till after all 3 payments had cleared until 2 days after the order was processed have asked for a refund haven’t received it and then have chased it today and been ignored! Will be taking further action

Hi Amber,

When you select partial.ly it always tells you upon checkout you have to pay all 3 instalments to receive the goods however you wanted to cancel your order.

There was a system issue in which your order didn't get refunded the first time, however this was immediately refunded upon realising.

You have not been ignored you have been constantly emailing every hour and not giving us a chance to reply to you. We have loads of other emails to get through not just yours and all emails from yourself in the last 24 hours have been replied to.

Absolutely shocking company

Absolutely shocking company ordered a divan bed was delivered with a broken drawer so they delivered a replacement drawer which didn’t fit the bed properly so they decided they would replace the bed base, when the new base I opened it went to put my stuff in the drawers to find the same broken drawer had been put back in the new bed, I know it was the same drawer as I taped it, it was still taped they just added a few staples, not sure what kind of company this is but y would u even put I broken drawer back in a new bed and package back up to re deliver to someone, absolutely fuming…. So after the 3 rd issue with this bed they said sorry about that we will give u a free pillow for ur trouble I mean a free pillow how about a frigging refund!!!! Disgraceful stay well away…. They don’t answer the phone either I’ve reported them anyway…..

We have conversed via email and I am now waiting on a date for the parts needed for the bed you have now been in contact and so far kept it professional when I get a date and receive the rest of the bed I will update review and leave a well deserved positive review. When we have a date of delivery and assembly.

Fantastic service kept us informed…

Fantastic service kept us informed through process and wow the mattress is as great as it says even better than I expected u have rheumatoid arthritis and have had other more expensive mattresses saying medium firm but we’re far too hard this is perfect it is medium to firm but so comfortable than I’ve had before

Disappointed!

So been asked to review after i placed an order.

Firstly item hasn’t been received yet.

Shop app says my item has been dispatched last week but I’ve not been provided with any email confirming that or tracking number.

Ive emailed them asking for it, I’ve been ignored.

Also tried to call there 020 8243 8592 number, they never answer it and it always goes to voice mail!

When is my order going to arrive? I can’t wait in all the time for this to arrive!!

I cannot rate your service due to the…

I cannot rate your service due to the fact that the mattress I have ordered on 23 February 2022 has not been delivered yet. More than that the company has not share any timeline for my product’s delivery.
A customer can rate the service based on certain aspects such as interpersonal relations, responding to customer’s request, providing timeframe for delivery and responding to emails and phone calls. All of these are absent in relation to ordered I have placed more than 14 days ago.
I would not advise anyone to buy from you.

The bed is lovely… the only thing that let the service down was the delivery company… shocking that’s all I can say

Literally left the bed on the doorstep…

Literally left the bed on the doorstep couldn’t close the front door…drivers very unhelpful

Thank you for your feedback. We use a third party courier service and it is stated on our website the delivery is drop to door service unless you want to upgrade which would be an extra charge. We have spoken to the courier and you wanted the bed delivering to your room, at no point of your order did you mention you wanted delivery to the room of choice, you also didn't sign the paperwork and slammed the door in the couriers face even though they dropped it inside your house which they did out of goodwill gesture.

Amazing

The bed I ordered was lovely, looks amazing in my newly decorated room. Delivery was really fast, will definitely be looking to purchase more. :)

Absolutely Shocking

I ordered a bed frame and matching box and after trying to contact this company multiple times I am still awaiting delivery with minimal contact. I have not been provided with any courier contact details or date of delivery and after explaining in an email that I am due to give birth NEXT WEEK I am in need of a bed. I ordered in plenty of time yet I have still had to purchase ANOTHER bed from another company leaving me out of pocket.
This company is trash and I do not recommend. They have still not issued me with a refund.

You were sent courier details and they did try to contact you, but you were unable received the items on the planed delivery day and they had to get it re booked for you which then had to wait for longer than excepted delivery day. You were given a refund by the Finance company we did not take any of your money. If you need any more information, please do not hesitate to contact us

Terrible ordered on the 3rd delivery…

Terrible ordered on the 3rd delivery should have been 5 to 10 working days heard nothing to say any different still have not received my order and I have now sent many emails with no reply and no reply on live chat so I cant even get my money refunded

We do not have the control over the courier as we use an independent courier. Due to the Covid19 the courier company facing high volume of orders. Thank you for your custom.

Would not recommend

Ordered a bed on may 5th, emails back and forth to decide what colour to go for all prompt. Sent me an email to say that it was dispatched and then an email to say that the bed would arrive Monday 10th. Saturday the 8th I had an email saying that the bed wouldn’t be delivered now until the following Monday (May 17th) as the delivery company had collected the wrong order but as a goodwill gesture they would give an aloe Vera pillow for free. We accepted this I emailed for them to confirms it would I definitely be delivered ok Monday 17th and never received a reply. Monday 17th came along and I had heard nothing, so I started an online chat with Adam from Laywellbeds for the first opening questions he was quick at answering until I asked him to tell me where my bed was 2.5 hours went by and he told me that he had contacted the courier for check where the driver was and would get back to me and then disconnected the chat. I then emailed customer services again hoping for a reply as the phone line doesn’t work, this time I got a response saying they weren’t delivering today as now the courier had lost part of the order in the warehouse and it wouldn’t be delivered now until Thursday. It seems as though this company likes to pass blame and it’s all the couriers fault they were never to blame 🙄. Anyway, to cut a long story short I replied and demanded a full refund and told them to cancel my order I’ll shop elsewhere. The only positive I have to say is they were prompt with my refund.

In response to reply to me dated 23 .1 where you assert that you knew nothing about marked item. Absolutely NOT true. More than happy to post all emails and your responses here. I note that two subsequent reviews are similar. Do not be misled by this company- website tries to infer that they have premises in Shepard’s Market London- Not true they are based on Bradford. They are complete liars. Do not waste your money on this company. I shouldn’t be shocked by their untruthful responses. I am convinced that the good reviews are made up as goods are shoddy and they are just ripping people off.

We do have a registered address at wayfair your more than welcome to visit us. Office is at Mayfair we don’t have the beds there, our suppliers are across the U.K and have multiple warehouse houses.

We have not ripped anyone off everyone has a choice to buy from us or anyone else.

You accepted delivery from the courier company and few days later you said the headboard is marked but we still replaced the headboard for you and the issue has been resolved and you decide to give a review now.

Due to Covid19 everything is slow from production to delivery. With most of the staff not working down the chain is has an affect on everything. This is not our fault this due to the pandemic that is on going. We are trying our best to provide the service and still in this difficult times working hard.
