I used the online service for Director Personal Guarantee certificate and forms. The booking of video appointment was very clear with the right prompts and clarity on which documents needed to be uploaded by me. Plenty of appointments to choose from everyday. Booked and attended 30 mins later. Very prompts start to the appointment, clear advice and explained the process. I sent filled documents as special delivery, next day stamped documents were received via a scan and original posted to my lawyer. Lawyers Online were cost efficient, easy to use (video call), and fast. And they worked directly with my mortgage counsel. All round it was a very straightforward process and I was pleased with the outcome.
