After seeing so many negative reviews about Lavenderworld I was regretting placing an order, however I have received 6 healthy, well-packaged plants so I'm pleased with the results.
The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because of the nearly two weeks delivery time, plus there was no advance notification of delivery date - fortunately I was in when the package arrived.
So thank you Lavenderworld, I am a satisfied customer!

I ordered 10 Hidcote plants. They all have root rot, and even moss growing on surface. I tried to save them but only a couple have tentative signs of life, others dead. I will not use this supplier again, clearly kept in far too wet situation for too long.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering! The 5 lavender hidcote arrived damaged and … dead. I emailed to request a refund. Assurance was given, by the gardeners, that they would recover if planted ( this would take nothing short of a miracle me). I was offered a refund if I returned. Looking at others reviews I will write off as an expensive lesson. I have found a local independent grower to supply instead.

Placed an order for some lavender plants. Plants arrived in a dreadful state 2 weeks after they arrived & I have contacted Lavender World. They advised taking them out of plastic bags & planting them out. I've replied even though they are dead which they were advised this & since nothing from lavender world. My advice avoid & do not buy from lavender world at all costs 💯%

i’m now on my third email, which nobody has responded too. i spend £71 on quite a lot of lavender plants. they turned up almost dead. the earth was bone dry and they look like woody branches. nobody has come back to me re a refund which i have asked for. very very disappointed

Don't please don't buy from them. I ordered 12 lavender plants which arrived in an appalling condition mostly blackened and dead. The company appears to be in liquidation but are still trading, selling their rotting dead plants, it is shocking.

I purchased an annual pass and have been unable to use it. Contacted the company and was told someone would get in touch with me to take my order by 'phone but I have heard nothing from them in over a week. I would request a refund but reading the other reviews, this will most probably be futile. I would absolutely not recommend this company to anyone as they take your money for nothing in return.

I bought a loyalty card from them to get a year's worth of discounts and wasn't able to use it for a whole year because they were out of stock of dried lavender!!! Not great.

I lost my 100ft of box hedging to box blight this year so was looking for a replacement.
I found lavenderworld online and found their pricing and choice of plants and information very informative.
So went ahead with ordering 100 Lavender Hidcote plants.
They arrived today, in perfect condition. They were the small hedging plants and I didn’t expect them to be in trays, so that was a bonus.
Moist soil, clean and today, well packaged.
Perfect.
I have placed them in the greenhouse until spring, to protect them from frost.
I would highly recommend Lavenderworld to anyone, family friends etc.
I will definitely be a returning customer. Very happy.

THe worst company I have ever dealt with- promised refund never materialised and many months of chasing later have offered a gift code for their other company which they claim bought them out. Its clearly a scam. THey have no intention of refunding. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I bought a Goodwill Pass at the end of last year. I have now tried to use this pass at least 6 times to place an order but haven't been able to use it. Firstly the website changed and it lost my account, then it wouldn't accept the code, didn't have a discount box or the replacement code sent did not work either. It has now gone beyond a joke.

If I could choose 0 stars I certainly will!

ORIGINAL: Fake multiple ghost shops, secret gardening also is same company.
Not delivered whats been purchased over months and attempts and increase of purchases to 'fix it' no even 1 of 4 was done
No refund either (a pitty tenner from over £50)
Support is awful, management team worst and is all very dodgy you cant get to anyone properly. They have a broken business, broken processes, and systems and AWFUL operations.

The official notice from citizens advice sent by tracked mail have not even been responded as required.
Also they are building quite a 'reputation' just look at this thread. As they have disabled google reviews and hide access to customers reviews we cant seem to be able to alert others from their bad actor. It certainly feels like a SCAM

I rarely write reviews but on this occasion I felt I need to just to STOP potential customers from purchasing from this Company. Going through the added and needless stress of contacting the Bank to try and get my money back. Have sent endless emails to Company re my purchase and requesting immediate refund - unable to contact them by phone as not listed and still NO communication from them other than an automated response acknowledging emails. they are CROOKS and need to be reported to TRADING STANDARDS Yorkshire

No communication, no refund, this company is a scam. AVOID at all costs. I've had to contact my bank to get my money back.

I would give 0 stars as this company has gone in liquidation and is still taking orders online! Don't buy anything from this company!!!!

I pre ordered and paid for plants which should have been delivered in May. They emailed me to say they couldn’t fill the order and offered credit or refund. I have been in touch constantly since then and get nowhere. Would not recommend this company and would steer clear.

I pre-ordered back in February 2022 a total of £53.00, with the expectation it would be delivered in May. As nothing had been delivered by then, i started emailing them to ask where my order was considering they had had my money since February. Finally at the end of June i received an email to say their contractor had let them down so i could either request a refund or alternative plants, so i selected refund. A further month went by - nothing despite sending another 4 emails. By the end of July i decided i would send them from another email address as i believe once they have your email and know it's a request for a refund, they have it diverted to junk. Anyway, suprise suprise i did receive a response, to say they could not refund my to the card i had used but if i would supply my bank details they would refund me. I sent them in and received another email to say the money should be in my bank within 7 working days. I AM STILL WAITING!!! Do not use.

I ordered 3 Altrolemias at 12.99 each plus postage at 6.99 on 17 September. They arrived battered and broken on 23rd so I emailed them on 24th September with photos. I was given a 'request number' assuring me the problem was being looked into.
I have no received anything from them. I have emailed more, no reply. The plants are in a sad state, I think one may survive.
I cannot find a phone number to call them.
This was not a cheap order and I am very annoyed and disappointed at their lack of response.
I certainly won't be ordering from them again.
Will go on their Facebook page to add photos and comments.

This company cannot be trusted and would not recommend using them to buy any products. The money they owe to other small businesses and yet they continue under a new name. Wrong and unethical.

These people cannot be trusted - just google Yorkshire Lavender.

They owed a million pounds and have tried to get away with it by selling to another company they own - I bought via The Secret Gardening Club (what they still sell by) - avoid all they owe me money, promised me the money and then a credit note that cannot be used - I have contacted Citizens Advice and asked for them to be reported to Trading Standards - they should be ashamed of themselves.
