Avoid this company it’s a scam. Received my plants after months of waiting. Poor quality and was told o would get a replacement. Waiting months and no replacement sent. Said they would refund me and I have been waiting months and they have now stopped responding to my emails. Have reported to my credit card company and trading standards.

Despite numerous promises I am still waiting for a refund for products that were unable to be delivered Think carefully before ordering from this company.

Have read all the other reviews and have mixed feelings about them…..I’ve had two deliveries from Lavender World….the plants and packaging have been excellent….time in receiving the order? well that’s a different story…mine probably took longer as I went for the freebie p&p…first order took over five weeks..the second a month…but after a couple of emails which were responded to very quickly…problem was solved!

I pre ordered and PAID for dried lavender on 2nd August 23, delivery due mid-September. By the 21st of September the pack had still arrived not so I emailed the company (12th) answered 24th to be promised it would be sent on 17th. Not arrived by 21st, messaged again took couple days for reply then told it was out for delivery that day! (26th). Still not arrived and now no reply’s to emails. I notice there is nowhere on their site to leave a review! WHAT A SURPRISE!!!!!

This company are con artists. Payment was taken and no goods received. I have contacted on numerous occasions for a refund, and haven’t received a penny of my money. If I could give zero stars I would!

I ordered £223 worth of plants. They didnt arrive until a week after they were promised. They offered to refund postage but I received nothing. They eventually arrived in battered packaging and were dry as a bone. I reported this and was advised to let them know if the plants didn’t recover. I have requested a partial refund which was agreed but after a few weeks and several reminders I still haven’t received this. Do not recommend this company!

The lavenders arrived in perfect condition. Pruned to a uniform and bushy shape. Healthy looking plants.
Very well packed. Not a single leaf damaged or even bent.
A quality product with service to match. Thank you

Louise was super helpful. The plants were delayed (only by a week) due to stock issues. She let me know. They arrived in perfect condition and I'll be back soon.

Delivery was very prompt and the lavenders were in very good condition and the packing was extremely impressive. Louisa was most helpful and it was a pleasure to have such impressive service. We would certainly use Lavender World again.

2nd time we used Lavenderworld, 2nd time we’ve been impressed, great plants, great service, what’s not to like? Highly recommended!

I wish I'd read the reviews before placing an order of around £150 on 11th April! I've resisted the urge to write a bad review and I've given the benefit of the doubt time and again, but this company are simply rip-off merchants and do not deserve to be in business. Save your money and shop elsewhere!

Our lavender saga has been on-going for 5 months and echoes what most others have said with diabolical service, unsatisfactory packaging, very poor quality mouldy plants and a refund that we've been promised time and again since I requested it on 2nd June.

Here we are today, (31st August) and still no refund despite multiple emails in which they have promised a refund and even apparently passed the issue to the "accounts department".

I could go on and give the details of this ridiculous saga but ultimately, my advice is to simply shop elsewhere. It isn't worth the hassle on the off chance that you might be the lucky one. So many other companies are competitively priced and provide excellent service so why patronise this place?

Plants arrived but packaging looked as though it had been kicked around. I contacted the company and they asked for photographs which I sent. I was promised replacement plants. Still waiting over a month although chased repeatedly by emails. I then complained that the surviving plants were dying and again photos sent. They accepted issue promised replacements. Still waiting. Awful company!

This company don’t even deserve one star! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. I have £45 for lavender that never came, I must have sent 20 emails, eventually they replied saying my order will come the next week, then the next week nothing, emailed several times again to be told they’d be coming the following week, still nothing, then I started doing a bit of research wish I’d done that before, the reviews say it all! I then sent a few more emails asking for a full refund, yes no problem I was told, still nothing over a week later! I’m not going to let this go! Oh they’ve also blocked me on FB because I put on their page not to buy off them!

As mentioned elsewhere, next day delivery failed. No response to emails until mentioned needed ETA goods or refund would be demanded.
Apologetic email followed by delivery in 2d with good quality plants. Very relieved!
Would I use them again? Probably, but definitely use credit card!

I would give minus stars …..again I wish I’d come here first to read the negative reviews…….monies taken for next day….. over a week later no plants ……no response, appalling customer service …….wow I’ve been done over ……….Lavender world you should close down as have no idea how to run a business, well apart you’re good at taking hardworking peoples money - shame on you ……….avoid avoid avoid

Placed an order and didnt receive it. I managed to contact them and I had an email saying I would get the order the following week. This obviously didn't happen. I wish I had checked the reviews as this seems common practice in that they take the money and nothing is supplied. I will keep on pursuing but I doubt whether it will be easy to get the money back.
