Logan and Junior H were very helpful in making my exchange. Who knew that Whisper Light could freeze and the adhesive compound could change and basically “dry-out?” Solution was sending another product, and for me, next year, I’ll stock up before winter hits. Love the chat technology.

Lashify is an amazing female-led company. The customer service is top notch and the products innovative and of high quality. I cannot recommend it enough for boosting your confidence! And I really appreciate encouraging an inspiring female CEO. This is a rare type of company.

Great product. I have lots of fun trying the different lash styles. It does take a few tries to learn what works for you and what doesn’t but once you figure it out it becomes an addiction. If you think it’s too expensive, be on the look out for a sale and stock up (they are really good quality, that’s why they are at the higher price point) And the membership is actually a really good deal. I am not a bot or an influencer, I’m just a regular person who loves the product and also reads reviews lol.

I’ve been using Lashify nonstop since I discovered them 4 years ago!!! Understandably, in that time I’ve had a few of lost packages, shipping address errors, etc. No matter what the situation, their concierge is always friendly, helpful, and accomplishes whatever I need help with!

Lashify consistently provides great service in the quick turnaround of new orders. My last order had the first issue of my several orders - a product was damaged and unusable. I emailed in a quick explanation of the damage and a picture and was promptly replied to and given a replacement, no questions asked.

I have been a loyal user of Lashify since 2020. They have superior customer service and I have love the lash options. My lashes are healthy even after 5 years of using it. I recommend to anyone who compliments my lashes.
