It was a little frustrating trying to find someone to talk to, but once I did Alexis was great!

When I received my package it had been opened and my Whisper Light was missing and Katie was able to get it expedited to me so I could wear my lashes to our family wedding. Next day delivery to Canada 🇨🇦. That is truly amazing!

Satisfaction NOT guaranteed! They know their new formulation for their whisper light bond leaves a white cast. I did as instructed and tried shaking it, warming it up in my hands, with a blow dryer, etc and it STILL leaves a white cast so I asked for a refund (I don’t want to bother trying it again only to have the same issue and waste my time and money). They offered me a credit. Then when I also complained about their Ice gossamer lashes not coming out of the case in tact (because no instructions were ever given that they need to be removed by taking a part the plastic lash holder case) and literally falling a part when I tried to remove them, I was told I could be given a partial refund in the form of a store credit. I’ve been a loyal customer of Lashify for yrs and this is how they want to remedy the situation. Shows how little they actually care about customer service or living up to their “satisfaction guaranteed” claim. They used to be great - excellent quality, no issues and ever since they reformulated their bonds, I’ve noticed a significant decrease in quality but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt (unlike them). Not anymore. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I've been with Lashify for several years, and am actually even one of their trained Pros. I've watched the company go through a lot of growth and change - some of it painful as Sahara navigated pirates and celebrity bullies. But lately, it seems they've risen above in many wonderful ways! With the recent bond issues, I was blown away with the support I received. I didn't expect a credit to be able to replace them, but rather just expected a few tips on how to make them work better. My favorite part of the process though was actually that the Concierge representative told me her name in the email. In the past, especially with the Pro program, support emails always seemed nameless. To me, that's someone responding who doesn't want what they say to come back on them personally. But this time, the responder identified herself (as Kortney), and very professionally and in a friendly manner helped solve the issue. I was very impressed. It truly does feel like Lashify got a "glow up" and is doing some really wonderful things. So thank you, and Congratulations on so much success!

Kortney from customer service was so helpful, and they were extremely easy to contact. The texting number made it so convenient. I always have clients coming in with lashify lashes on and so I’ve been dying to try them! I’m so excited to get them in the mail.

I have been using the Lashify system for about 5 years now and love it. Lashify has helped me become my own lash tech without the allergies of lash extension glue! I love trying different lash styles that work for me and there are so many to choose from. If there is ever an issue with an order or product, the concierge team is quick to rectify the issue and either send a replacement or refund. This is a customer focused company which is wonderful!

I have been using Lashify for several years now and love the flexibility of being able to wear them all week or take them off after a day or two. The lashes are beautiful with different styles, lengths & colors. I am pretty generic but get compliments frequently on how lovely & natural they look. I was even more impressed with the company when I recently had a lost order with the USPS. Lashify acted promptly and issued a new order out within a day of reporting the pkg lost! It has never happened before so it was such a wonderful response to a disappointing situation. Thank you Logan M. for responding with such urgency. I greatly appreciate you & the Lashify company!

I've have been a user of LASHIFY from the very beginning 2017 and the products are excellent the service is excellent Sahara Lottie is a wonderful women. The way she runs her business is a breath of fresh air!!! It's a pity that there aren't more companies in the beauty industry with CEOs and creators like her! She is a boss lady but really cares about her customers!!
