Had the right screen in stock for a moderately old laptop. Arrived in good packing, no blemishes or damage on the screen. Minus some mistakes on my end installing it (damaging the bezel slightly on the laptop) the repair went flawlessly. Significantly cheaper than attempting to buy a full replacement, and helps keep E-waste out of landfills and still perfectly functional products being used.

Second time I purchased screen came quickly and was fine but turned out the issue wasn’t the screen. Company helped organise a return and refund effortless.

Good company and experience all round

Fast shipping and well packaged (screen was inside 3 UPS bubble bags and then inside a FIRM cardboard box). Display looks great! Only negative is that my 'touchscreen' no longer works. I did not remove any stars for this because a) I am uncertain if it is an installation issue, b) I am uncertain if it is a settings issue, and c) before getting the part number & ordering I did not know (remember) I had a touchscreen (never use it as such) so I don't care.

Fast shipping. Exactly as ordered. No issues. Will use again if needed.

Not only did they gate back to me to clarify exactly the screen model I required, they got the new screen out to me that same day.
They also provided an unexpected set of oh-so-useful tools for the fiddly replacement iteslf.

I needed a new LCD for my laptop Zbook I had damaged it and was going on a business trip in 3 days.
I had the LCD overnighted and got it on a Friday. I took out the old one and put the new one in, worked great. I used the online instructions step by step, the pictures mad the replacement pretty simple. So happy with this solution. I was dreading giving my Laptop to IT as a trade.

Ordered a replacement for my dad's Thinkpad T14's damaged screen. The replacement was a legit alternative listed in Lenovo's website to replace the damaged original one. It worked very well. My dad couldn't tell difference from the original one.

Information you should know before you buy from them:
Packaging is very bad
If you open a support ticket, they delay in responding
For every customer who wrote a bad review here their account may be suspended.

Companies and stores, when a problem occurs with the customer, are answered and clarified in a respectful manner, but the laptopscreen has a strange policy, which is to suspend your account!

Are you Instagram or Twitter? Why suspended accounts?

In the beginning, I waited a long time to be fair and not to wrong anyone. I received my order and the screen was broken.

Purchase date: January 21.
Support ticket created on: February 02.

After-sales services are very poor, they do not respond to the support ticket, it seems that they deliberately shipped the screen while it was broken.

I lost more than 100$ without any compensation, I waited more than a month and got a headache because of my work on my old laptop screen.

You can close the ticket instead of ignoring me for a month.

They were just tools, and I haven't used them yet, but so far so good. They were delivered pretty quick, and they looked like good tools. I plan to buy a laptop screen as soon as I can take my laptop apart and see which one to buy.

I've used them plenty times in the past but can longer recommend this company. They are in the business of shipping delicate items but refuse to address their inadequate shipping methods. They simply use free UPS packing slips and put the screen in multiple layers of this (usually 3) and without additional protection or cushion to protect from movement. Other vendors have use MUCH better means such as styrofoam packaging designed for screens. It's shoddy and inaffective as I have had a few issues now. It also delays my repairs to customers when this happens. They say they will put notes on my account to ship better, but they always come the same way. Although they are quick to respond and either refund or send replacement, I can't for the life of me figure why they can't just fix the actual problem. I'd be happy to pay a lil bit more for better shipping methods. or have both and have the option to pick the better packing materials.

Update: I was responded to as well as personally e-mailed regarding the issue. I accept their apology as well as logical reasoning regarding this. It was unfair of me to go right to 1 star when 99% of my interaction with them has been great. I will continue to use them and hopefully have better luck in the shipping although their statistic is correct and for the most part I do have good "luck". They have addressed the shipping: it's to offer better prices and better packaging would be detrimental to the low low prices they offer (and they are MUCH lower than others in most cases). Since everything is insured, it's a numbers game, which is understandable and for the majority of the time works. I accept this fact and will continue to use them.

I never received the screen and they claim it's delivered. When I asked what happened and where it was they said and I quote Once it's been sent there's pretty much nothing we can do about it. So my money is wasted. What a sad day that Businesses steal from customers and lie. Beware and don't use this company as they have proved to be nothing but useless unhelpful and scammers
