Dreadful - DO NOT USE. I ordered what was advertised as a 'genuine Dell' laptop battery, seemingly from a UK company, and promising delivery within 10 days. After many emails it finally arrived 1 month later, from China, and it was just an unlabelled generic cheap copy. They have offered a refund if i ship it back to China, and PayPal are not being much help. AVOID.

Ordered a Mac battery on 6 October. Should have been sent on 21 October at the absolute latest but still shows as in process.

Wrote 3 messages in the last ten days to ask when it will come. no answer to any of them.

Cant find a way to cancel as they have not delivered on their promise of delivery time. But they have my money now.

Unreliable at the least, possibly untrustworthy as I. would like to have my money back and order from elsewhere but they don't have. a way to do that.

Stay away.

Ordered a battery for a laptop on 13th August and paid online.
Once payment taken and confirmation mail received 14th August, company could not meet delivery date, so cancelled order and promised to refund "asap" .

Never heard from them since despite emails, chat/online account messaging and no phone number to ring them on. Have had to involve the bank and paypal to seek a refund from them as they have kept money and not delivered goods so a total con

Avoid these guys as they seem from many other reviews to do this far too often

Masquerading as UK site but shipping from China. Email servers are misconfigured so cannot reliably contact seller to request cancellation

Total scam. I ordered a new battery which did not arrive after waiting 4 weeks. No feedback from vendor. Currently awaiting a refund from PayPal. Avoid at all costs. I have no idea why PayPal are dealing with this company.

Please take my advice. It’s a scam company. You pay. Sub standard goods arrive months late then the batteries die after a couple of charges and here’s the trick. They look like a uk company yet it’s Hong Kong and they disappear without refunding faulty goods. I paid via PayPal so fingers crossed. Unfortunately I had to give 1 star because that’s the lowest yet in truth they aren’t worth that. CON ARTISTS!! You have been warned. They want me to pay postage for sending a Replacement of £20. Joke.

18 days from payment, no camera battery received, no reply from company... Reported to paypal. Absolute farce!!

Ordered a Dell laptop adapter on 12 April. It arrived on 30 April and within three weeks the adapter had stopped working. I contacted the company but no response as yet. I do not recommend this company as they are scammers

Ordered a new PSU for my old Macbook - took just over a week to arrive and it seems fine. I was just starting to wonder where it had got to, and the other reviews paint a worrying picture. I'd say, if you need something fast probably give them a miss, but if you don't mind waiting a bit they seem fine.

Appalling, ordered a battery on 20th April 2020, still not received. Chased three times, no satisfactory response, blaming delays on coronavirus. Quick to take money but not to send goods.

In the end the product arrived and was an excellent buy. I ordered a Dell laptop battery May 2020. After the initial email confirmation from the company I heard very little, so communication I feel was poor, and with the other reviews I heard on trust pilot I was worried. I contacted PayPal after about 15 days. However, after 20 days the product arrived. The battery is perfect. As described. A brand new recently manufactured one (April 2020). I saved about 80 pounds compared to the price direct from Dell. I cannot comment on others experiences, but mine was just a very long wait, and not much communication. Hope this helps.

Ordered a new battery on 4th April for a Dell laptop. Still no sign of the battery and no response from the company, despite sending them numerous emails. Cant phone them, as no way to contact other than via email!!!!

Would never recommend them!

Part ordered over a month ago, still hasn't arrived. Now no contact from the company whatsoever. I don't think for a minute these are a UK based company like they're pretending to be.

Feel like I've been robbed, as I'm beginning to doubt I'll see the part, or my money back.

Hi, don't know why there is so many negative reviews for these guys, I've had a great experience and product was original and well wrapped when arrived. I would recommend this store.

Ordered a genuine HP battery and it was faulty. Took 10 days to receive the battery.

No phone number to call them just a contact page which sends an email. I sent an email over 2 hours ago and still waiting for a reply. I did not even receive an auto-response to say they have acknowledged my email.

Got my battery but it took a while. They did respond to my email but only after delivery. Looks like a new battery and is working fine so am happy and the price was very reasonable so am pleased. Only downside was I was unable to find a telephone number to contact them on.

What is worst than 1 should be the rating for this company.Ordered the repair part from this copmpany but told it was 4-10 days delivery....waited more than 20 working days and no shipment.Did not received the item and surely enough I tried to read the customer's reviews and they all mostly have a problem with either no delivery or part don't work.Wasted time and money.DO NOT ORDER parts from this company.A scam from the very beginning.I should have read the reviews before I ordered and it would have saved my money....AGAIN this is a scam.

Ordered a part and paid for expedited shipping. Received email that they are out of stock and would take 7-10 days.
I requested a refund on expedited shipping cost. They declined.
Not ethical.
