LANAI Outdoor  Anmeldelser

The service from Lanai was great. Everyone I interacted with was helpful and friendly. Even from the start, there was no pushy sales approach or behaviour just simply advisory and professional.
The installation day was quick. The guys were friendly, hard working and professional.
I couldn’t be happier with the product! It’s of great quality but most importantly it fits perfectly to the space we needed it for and it is beautiful.
Absolutely in love with my new pergola/veranda.
We would gladly recommend Lanai to all our friends and family.

I had 4 companies quote to install a glass veranda and while the price differential from Lanai wasn’t of note as all were selling Weinor with similar discounts etc, it was more the more personal approach from the team that stood out. I did have to wait longer than expected for the installation and so will really only enjoy the full benefits of the glass veranda next summer but can confirm that the installation team put in long hours to get the work done. Friendly, polite and tidy too! All positives in my view. This was a costly purchase but I have had great comments from friends and relatives and I look forward to really enjoying the space next summer. Thank you to the Lanai team…Josh, Jack, Angie, Liz and Aaron!

Was recommended Lanai by a friend who had an awning fitted a couple of years ago. From concept to completion, it was done very professionally, No hard selling, we knew we could get it cheaper, but as I say to my customers, quality doesn't come cheap. Good communication about manufacturing product through to delivery, even fitted the awning on a Saturday to fit in with me. Installation team were excellent and didn't mind me watching them as I have been in the construction game all my working life. Really impressed with their fitting procedures and explanation of how it works. I would highly recommend Lanai to anyone needing an awning, or their other products

Kind regards

Following a recent move we decided to landscape the rear garden to include a natural wildlife pond with three cascades to a large pond filled with water lilies. The garden faced south and we needed protection from the sun but we didn’t want to block the sun out completely and also as it was to be sited by bifold doors we wanted to minimise the loss of light to the interior of the house.
After a considerable time looking at all sorts of alternatives we saw an advertisement for Lanai Outdoor and in particular The Iris. The louvred roof, interior lighting and heating has provided us with a delightful area where we can dine outside under the stars or simply enjoy the sun filtering through the louvred roof during the day.
The build quality of The Iris is second to none and our site meeting with a representative of Lanai Outdoor was extremely constructive and gave us an insight into the flexibility of having such a wonderful innovative modern awning to compliment our garden landscaping.

We are very impressed with our new awning from Lanai Outdoor & it looks good too. Our rear garden faces due south & even though we had special glass & integral blinds fitted in our bi-fold doors; this didn’t stop the heat getting through. Some days this summer, the heat was so oppressive we had to move into another room. Now with the awning fitted, we can have the bi-fold doors fully open to get a breeze, which is something we couldn’t do before. Also as the awning is 4 meters wide, we can dine outside on the patio in comfort. This was a good investment & has transformed the way we use our property.

From original site meeting through site survey to final installation the staff of Lanai Outdoor have been supportive and skilled at their work. There was a delay in manufacturing but we were kept informed all the time. Installation was smooth and speedy with no mess to clear up. I have no hesitation in recommending Lanai.

I recently purchased materials for my pergola from Lanai outdoors, i am in awe with happy my decision. The design of the pergola is outstanding, and it has transformed my outdoor space into a beautiful and functional area. Couldn't be happier. If you're looking for materials or a pergola look no further.

Absolutely delighted with our Awning from Lanai, made to bespoke size and transformed the way we now use our lounge and patio area.
The team from original visit, to installation and even accompanying the delivery driver to make sure all was in order was first class.
Not the cheapest but quality has exceeded our expectations. Thank you!

We went for the glass room and we’re so glad we did. Just in time for summer so it’s exactly what we needed for that indoor/outdoor feel. The fellas at Lanai were very helpful and accommodating throughout and I’d highly recommend them for anyone else looking to have a similar unit installed.

First of all I would like to start by saying thank you so much to Lanai outdoor for installing my Iris! I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience and how it’s turned out. I had many questions before purchasing and they were all answered promptly and in detail. Good installation by a friendly team. Overall, couldn’t recommend Lanai Outdoor enough.

I recently had a veranda installed and it's the best decision I've made for my outdoor space. It has been the perfect finishing touch to our garden and it now means we can enjoy it in all weathers. Outstanding customer service from start to finish, the team would always go above and beyond to help with any queries or questions I had. Looking forward to using them again in the future!

From the first phone call made to Lanai Outdoor the whole process has been so easy and such a nice experience. I have just had a beautiful Glass Room fitted to my house and it’s everything I wanted and more. The price was very fair compared to 3 other companies and I’m so glad I decided to use Lanai Outdoor. The customer service has been outstanding and the Fitting team have done an amazing job with a few cups of tea along the way. Thankyou so much everyone for all your hard work, I fully recommend to everyone! Thankyou guys so much

Would just like to say I had a fantastic experience with this company, they installed a brand new veranda for me and I am over the moon with how it has turned out, the installation is good and the customer service to go with it was also. The team guided me through the install step by step and then explained It to me upon completion and they have turned my vision into a reality I couldn’t be happier.

We had The Iris installed and we are so so happy with it! It is exactly how we imagined and I can’t wait to make use of it this summer. Blown away! I have just had my glass room installed and I couldn’t be happier. The customer service was impeccable and the team were so polite, hardworking and considerate. They made it such an easy process for me with the installation, stress free! I’m so over the moon with my glass room that I already have them coming back to install the iris outdoor pod for me at the end of summer. My dream home really coming to life! Thank you Lanai!

I was recommended lanai outdoor by a friend and I’m so please I went with this company after looking through many. I had an iris installed this has completely transformed my garden and I can’t wait to use it this summer with friends and family- excellent customer contact making the whole process easy highly recommended Lanai.

Credit to the whole team at Lanai Outdoor. We had a glass room installed earlier this year and it is just amazing. From start to finish with great customer service and all our enquiries answered promptly, to an easy instillation and great final result. Cannot recommend enough, thank you.

Expensive but worth the cost. Very good quality and very well installed. We had an issue with our balcony and Lanai were very good about delaying the installation. Recommended.

Had a louvered roof installed last August. Looks great and installation was smooth.
However, since then has only worked intermittently, around 50% of the time do the blades open, which is incredibly frustrating.
Despite contacting Lanai multiple times, issue is still not resolved.

Super pleased with our recent installation of a Gibus Twist louvred roof pergola, looks fab and so looking forward to enjoying many happy hours using it.

Credit to Josh and his team for an efficient trouble free installation. Thank you to everyone involved at Lanai Outdoor Commercial, initial sales consultation (thank you Peter), surveyor Rob, Liz for pre installation progress updates our first point of contact Angie and the delivery to site guys (our home).

Have to say having not used Lanai before or know anyone who had, we felt apprehensive to place an order, however we need not have been concerned, it was a pleasure to do business with a company that supplies and installs a quality product, looks after its customers from start to finish, payment terms schedule better than other competitors/ companies in this line of work, would not hesitate to recommend to others.
