LANAI Outdoor  Anmeldelser

Angie is a legend. She looked afer me a few years ago as I had 2 Iris Units installed at the property, that are still working fantastically well for us. Looking toi get an addiitonal one installed this year and again she is seeing what she can do for me. Excellent Service.

The installation was quick and easy, the guys were professional and explained how everything works.
This an excellent space to have. We have had several impromptu parties and drinks with family and neighbours under the "LANAI" and it is great that the roof closes automatic if any rain drops.
We love it !

We have had our Lanai "IRIS" for a while now and feel that Lanai deserve some acknowledgement of their quality product.

We ordered our "IRIS" immediately before the first Covid lockdown. Who could have guessed what was coming next! The factory in Italy then closed, as indeed did most businesses. We were concerned and I contacted the MD who assured us that all would be well.

True to their word, once they reopened, our "IRIS" was delivered on time and complete, as promised. Good start! We were impressed with the professional and focussed way that they set about the job, whilst also being friendly and cheerful. I recollect saying at the time that they were a credit to their employer. They certainly knew what they were doing.

Some six years later, after a yearly good wash to remove the Winter grime, we can say that the "IRIS" looks as good as the day it was installed. I make a point of operating the motorised slats, at least, on a monthly basis to keep things nicely freed up and everything continues to work as it should. We were warned that when the slats are closed, they are not intended to keep rain out but to date, we have found it does in fact provide excellent dry shelter and we have sat outside under the closed roof many times whilst rain is falling without any drips coming through. We opted to have a motorised side screen and this has proven useful on windy days, reducing the impact of the wind as well as helping to stop wind-driven rain.

All in all, it is fair to say that our "IRIS" is a quality product and can be recommended without hesitation. We love it!

Excellent service, efficient quote system and follow up and well mannered on site when erecting the canopy, clean and tidy team who did so and really good follow up after fitting. The product itself has been brilliant really adding to our outdoor experience throughout the year.

Hello we had a Lanai room added to our house. To say we are pleased with it would be an under statement. It is so bright and admired by all that sees it. The quality is 1st class. Weinor the German manufacture produces a top quality product. The team from Lanai were on time with the putting it up. So Thank you Lanai for a Great job

I had a "granny annexe" built, which is quite small. After I had the Lanai veranda added to the property, I enjoy the extra covered space for all sorts of reasons. I have somewhere to sit out without being in danger from pigeon strikes, and I can hang out washing to dry, even if rain is threatening. It's also an excellent place to put flowers and grow plants. My biggest problem is keeping the glass roof clean, being under a big cypress tree which sheds bits all year round and hosts roosting birds, mainly pigeons and crows. I'm still pleased to have my lanai, despite those.

We are currently waiting for our order to be completed but the process thus far has been top notch and utterly satisfying.
The whole team from the quotation where many unrushed options where discussed and made available to us ,the professional survey team and even the company secretary keeping us regularly informed with our order process
We are really pleased we chose Lanai Outdoor Commercial John and Yvonne harper

We chose Lanai Outdoor Commercial to upgrade our garden and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The quality and durability of the structure is excellent and the sleek, modern design has completely transformed our outdoor space. It’s not only visually impressive but also practical—we are now able to enjoy the garden comfortably all year round.

The sales and installation teams were fantastic throughout the process. They were friendly, knowledgeable and always available to answer any questions we had, which made everything feel straightforward and stress-free. The installation itself was quick, efficient and completed without any issues at all.

We’ve received so many compliments from friends and family on how great the space looks now. It has added both style and functionality and we couldn’t be happier with the result.

I would highly recommend Lanai Outdoor Commercial to anyone looking to enhance their outdoor space with a high-quality, stylish, and long-lasting solution.

Lanai gave us great advice on suitable external blinds and we had five fitted which they installed hassle free.

We contacted Lanai for a quote and within a few hours we had a quote arranged for the following week. Good customer service.

After several years trying to find the right solution for my 5m x 4.5m patio area, I had installed a Gibus Pergola with a retractable roof from Lanai Outdoors. It provides shade to my East facing living room to protect it from the sun. It also gives an additional outdoor room in the summer. The Pergola looks great and is really good quality. Lanai are always very helpful and responds very quickly. They were able to provide a customized solution to meet my requirements. After sales support was very quick to respond and supportive

While I decided not to buy from Lanai, the customer experience to get a quote was excellent. Very easy process to get a site visit

It’s now just over a year since our Lanai Iris Pergola was installed, so we’ve had a good amount of time to get to know it. The robustness, quality and style cannot be disputed. It looks and operates as good today as the day it was installed. The process of planning, surveying to mm accuracy and installation was incredibly professional and credit is due to everyone from the Lanai Outdoor team. They exceeded expectations at every step. The Iris has added an extra dimension to our garden. It’s a practical and luxurious outdoor space that we can use year round and wouldn’t be without.

Really great customer service. Put in an enquiry and an immediate response from Angie. We then received a quote and this was followed up by a very jolly Angie on the telephone asking if we needed further advice. Very helpful and informative. Great service.

We inquired about a glass room they sent us a hard back brochure and not just a down load like other companies.i then had a telephone conversation which was very explanatory and helpful. All through out our dealings they could not do enough for us

We had a 6m x 3.5m KOA Awning Fitted on the back of our patio doors and being South facing they have been a game changer with keeping the house cool in Summer and also an extension of our lounge when the doors are open.
From the original visit, survey and installation Lanai were a pleasure to deal with and the build quality is superb.
Couldn't recommend highly enough.

We got in touch with LANAI for a quote on our outside space we wanted to improve on ,they came up with ideas we had never even thought of.
The staff were so helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend. five stars.

Really pleased with our quality Lanai. The fit is very good and it’s a robust structure. The only negative is waiting for the production which was about 10months.
Worth the wait!

The best outdoor company, my veranda looks amazing,it is solid,. lovely colour, work men clean and tidy, and did a little extra for me , they put my water buck in the rain overflow. My garden looks sooooo posh now x Thanks 🙏 Lanai xx

Thoroughly recommend the Movie Pergola we had installed by Lanai. Very happy with the product. It's looks great and it's letting us make better use of our patio.

Installation was easy. Installer was great and very helpful. Arranged to come back the day after installation to check on a potential problem with the rain sensor.

Product itself is 5 star. The installation process itself was 5 star. The reason for the 4 star overall is we did have a long, multi-stage delay where there was an issue between Lanai and the manufacturer.
