The dresses I purchased were not as expected. The material was very weird in one and the other does not fit like I would like it to. I was offered a quarter of what I paid for compensation. This company does not accept returns/exchanges. DO NOT PURCHASE!

This is the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had! They don’t care about customer service after they have taken your money. They don’t respond to your numerous emails if you need to return defective merchandise, and there is no other way to contact them. I basically threw away money on the 3 items I ordered. They encourage you to order more to get free shipping but that’s as far as it goes. VERY UNETHICAL & SHADY COMPANY.

I recognized one of the photos of a model with a particular sweater on the Laeyi website and when I did a reverse picture look up the exact sweater and photo was from Walmart.com and it was $27.00 instead of $50. This site is a SCAM

The dresses were a bit larger than I wanted as there was no XS available, but they will work. For the price-point, I was pleased.

Process worked. Took a little longer than expected to get the item shipped, but it fit my wife fine. Runs true to size.

Fast shipping, exactly what was pictured. Both dresses fit perfect but as always a bit too long for me. I’m only 5’ 3/4”

The two tops I bought look just like in the catalog, are true to size, arrived in a timely manner, and are already receiving compliments.

Besides the holidays, the delivery took a couple of weeks to be processed and delivered. Great dress and fits true to size.

Terrible replicas of the photos they have on the site you order on. Poor quality and design work. Not worth the wait. Do not order from them they are reproducing other peoples work!

3 Dresses arrived on time and are lovely. The dresses are just as described and sizing is accurate.

This was truly the worst shopping experience you can have. I received two items of marginal quality that did not fit well- they were both too large. I have been attempting to return the items for several weeks now, and keep receiving messages from the service department offering me $12, then $30, in an attempt to get me to keep the items and simply receive a small percent of the refund. It is truly unbelievable. Please do not purchase from these people.

Really like the fit of this dress - very flattering. Look & style exactly as advertised. Very good value

DO NOT BUY FROM LAEYI THIS IS A SCAM. The dresses are thin, disproportioned, and unwearable. The website says easy returns within 30 days but they have been giving me “bids” on what they’ll pay me. They offered $30 (i spent $160). I said no. They offered $45. I said no. They offered $68. I said no. Now they say “Sorry, 50% refund is our best compensation offer.” I don’t expect to even get that.

The three items I bought were exactly what I wanted. The fabric is soft and light. I chose size medium for all three articles. The black top is a little big and the white blouse a little snug though. The blouse is perfect.

Shipping took a while, but products are actually really cute and well made. I’m pleasantly surprised and would shop again.

It’s very refreshing to have a beautiful garment that actually fits and wasn’t shipped from China! The wait time for it to arrive wasn’t bad either. 😃

I ordered two dresses for a wedding -- 3 weeks before I needed them. My package didn't arrive until after the wedding. That problem aside, one of the dresses had a manufacturing defect. The waistline sat just above the bust--not at all as it appeared on the website. When I contacted customer service to get a return authorization, they offered to refund me $12 if I would keep the dress (the dress cost $42.99). I replied saying that I wished I could keep it, but it looks ridiculous with the waistline where it was and I needed to return it for a full refund. Their return policy says that returns are free if the problem is on their end, which this absolutely was. Then they said that if I insisted on returning it, I would have to pay the return shipping to Dubai, UAE. This is not at all what is advertised on their website. Their website says that they manufacture in the US-Los Angeles and have 5 warehouses, not one of which is in Dubai.

This company is misleading consumers into believing that they manufacture in the US and have ethical practices, when this does not seem to be the case at all. Also, the return policy stated on their site is an absolute lie. Buyer BEWARE!
